Picky Picky eater
i just recently rescued a 5 year old English Mastiff Chester is the best and has really settled in well except for his eating. I have had Mastiff's for over 20 years and this is the first one that is a picky picky eater but Diamond Naturals seems to be acceptable for Chester as he does eat it with sort of gusto lol I use both the dry and can food and I am so happy that I finally found a combo that Chester likes
No Peas! No Carrageenan!
A lot of folks are concerned about grain-free diets and controversial ingredients that can cause a multitude of health issues—but I will sway your fears: Diamond Naturals contains no Pea-Protein nor do they bind their foods with the cancer-linked Carrageenan ingredient. These cans of patè loaf wet foods are an excellent source of nutrition on a budget, and contain higher quality grains than your usual commercial diets. Definitely recommended.
Great dog food!!
I first purchased this dog food for my Great Pyrenees after he had stomach surgery the vet said he might have to be on soft food for the rest of his life I was afraid he wouldn’t get the nutrition he needed after some research this was highly recommended & met his dietary needs for a giant breed and growing puppy. He thankfully has made a full recovery but I continue to feed him Diamond daily it’s awesome!!
Good Food; Bad Handling
This is a good food, but too many cans have severe enough damage to render them unsafe to use. Of the last three shipments of canned food from Chewy, well over half of the cans received were dented; many too damaged to use.
Good stuff
I started my puppy on Ol' Roy. I knew better. I immediately ordered some Diamond Wet puppy food and was not disappointed. Diamond Naturals is so much better and I can't get it in typical pet stores. So ordering it on Chewy is the best!
finally found the right one!
I adopted a senior dog who was on Taste of the Wild when we got her, but barely ate it, and was used to getting scraps. We tried Purina, Rachel Ray, Hills...and she would like some flavors better than the others some days and eat most of it, but still never ate a full meal. We then brought a new puppy into the family and I noticed she started eating the puppy’s wet food from time to time. Checked with the vet and said it’s ok to give her some puppy food if it gets her eating. The puppy wasn’t a huge fan of the food he came with, so I found Diamond Naturals on Chewy for all life stages and thought why not give it a go! BOTH MY DOGS LOVE THIS FOOD! This wet food is smooth almost like a paste rather than chunky, but does have bits of carrots and other food you can see throughout. It’s PERFECT for mixing with their dry food. It sticks nicely to the kibbles instead of lumps of it throughout here and there so I get a nice even consistency. (This also stops my dogs from eating out the wet food and leaving behind gross and wasted kibble they won’t finish once the wet is gone). Now both my dogs finish their bowls CLEAN, which is really saying something after the months of frustrating trying to get my old girl to eat. She seems to have more energy, is more playful and all around improved! So happy I found this food and plan on trying their fry food when my current bag runs out. Hope this helps!!!
Hard to Find Item
Thank you Chewy! Our local retailer stopped carrier Diamond Naturals canned food. Our Teddy Bear loves the combo of their dry and wet. We have never had stomach issues using this product. Simply the best. Quick delivery and will order again.
