Is the guaranteed analysis measeured by kg? Then a serving size is mesured in cups. If I save my senior dog one cup a day how much glucosamine and chondroitin would he be consuming a day?

The guaranteed analysis of the food goes mostly by milligrams and one cup serving. If one cup is served then your dog would get 720 mg/kg min of Glucosamine and 240 mg/kg min of Chondroitin.

I adopted a puppy and wanted my senior on the same line in case of cross eating. So while I got a bag of Naturals puppy food, I got my senior a bag of Naturals senior and am transitioning him. The Naturals did kind come highly recommended in online reviews over the non-Naturals food line. It’s also a chunk of money less than the Blue Buffalo Wilderness for seniors that I had been buying from Chewy. We will see how it goes but so far, so good. My senior likes it and he’s not having any GI issues.

I have been using Diamond products for years after verifying its ratings and ingredients. This particular recipe was suggested by someone and I'm glad I tried it

I have been using Diamond products for years after verifying its ratings and ingredients. This particular recipe was suggested by someone and I'm glad I tried it. Small enough kibble for the small dogs but still acceptable for the larger ones. Oatmeal as an ingredient sold me as I've had luck with it with some digestive issues. This recipe is far better for a senior foster who has intermittent diarrhea on other foods. Apparently the taste is very appealing. All the dogs love it.

I have 5 Bernese Mountain dogs. They eat it but in the past, I've purchased different flavors they seem to like more. This food seems to have caused all of them

I have 5 Bernese Mountain dogs. They eat it but in the past, I've purchased different flavors they seem to like more. This food seems to have caused all of them to gain weight. Going forward, I may mix this food 50/50 with a different food to hopefully get their weights lowered a bit. I do appreciate Chewy's fair prices and the autoship program.

Another dog food company shut down. And I have been watching different veterinarians on line. They talk about foods senior dogs need. I checked around and found Diamond Senior dog food. It had all the ingredients My 13 and 15 yr olds needed. My dogs coats were so rough. Since Diamond was the only dog food company who included all of the recommended ingredients, I bought a bag. The dogs went crazy over it and I ended up buying 35 lbs of the Diamond Senior brand. Their coots got softer within a week or two. It was very noticeable. My dogs don't itch and scratch since eating Diamond Senior. Their coats shine. I highly recommend it. They love it.

Well he sure does like it & the reason I switched from Jinx to Diamond was because he was shedding clumps of hair & reading reviews that seemed to be an issue as well. Grif is 14 considerably healthy, little arthritis. BM issues About a week or 2 into feeding the Diamond sr, I’m not finding clumps of hair in the ground or hanging from his body & his coat also seams shinier. Has good energy levels especially for his age & seems to not be so constipated. And the price is great. In this economy & feeding 5 large dogs ( 3 SRs) yeah I’ll keep buying as long as I see what I’m seeing now.

When they hit that age, 7-8yrs they've become seniors. Now its a whole new game. What do you feed them for what is going on inside and outside. It took quite a few reviews to find a senior dogfood that appealed to me. So now we need a food to appeal to thier tastebuds. When I boiled it down to a few dryfoods, we had to have the taste test. A good food isnt any good if they wont eat it. The winner was this Diamond brand. The ingredients w natural plants such as chicory and blueberries are great for people and dogs. Thats just one of many reasons I chose this food. They love it. The kibble is a nice size, I hear them chew. Chewing knocks off tarter. I just love it.
