Something has changed

My Havanese ate this for 2.5yrs then started getting diarrhea daily. After several months of messes, vet visits, medications, and a change to Science Diet sensitive stomach, I have concluded it’s the Diamond Naturals food. If he eats it with probiotic meds added, no diarrhea. If he eats Science Diet plain, no diarrhea. But if he eats Diamond Naturals without probiotic added, diarrhea. I tried to determine if something has changed with ingredients or production process but the ingredients list reads like a novel so I could not figure it out. I do know it can take a couple years for a food allergy to really show up, so maybe my dog has been allergic to the food all along. But my vet also said food allergies are actually really rare and usually not the culprit. I am now stuck with 2 18# bags of food that makes my dog sick.

Great kibble!

I recently bought two bags of this for my bigger dogs and two bags for my smaller dogs. The dogs used to eat this no problem at all. But for some reason these past

I recently bought two bags of this for my bigger dogs and two bags for my smaller dogs. The dogs used to eat this no problem at all. But for some reason these past four bags they won't even touch it. The cats won't even eat it and they usually love trying to get to the dog food. I don't know if it was stored somewhere that gave it a funky smell that humans can't smell but dogs can or if the formula changed but this was just terrible I ended up throwing all four bags out and buying locally.
