Using this medication (Doxidyl), was iike flipping a switch. From a limping, elderly dog who didn't much like to walk any longer., to a sweet dog eager to resume her old habits. It controlled her inflammation, and allowing her to enjoy life again. I initially used it nearly daily, but have tapered off as she's achieved a comfortable state. Take your vets advice, and try it. Likely you'll be happy with the results.

The price

Since Chelsea has a sore leg she needs to be on this for a while and when I got it from the vet it was very expensive, looked on chewy and it was allot cheaper

Penny has arthritis in right hip and left shoulder. Every movement was difficult for her. She used to spend most of her day lying on the couch, refusing to walk or use stairs. Within a couple of weeks on this medication she’s walking, running and playing. It’s a shockingly good result.

Good price on drug

I have 3 rescue senior dogs. Two were prescribed an expensive pain reliever. I was able to get a generic form of the drug from Chewy. It costs much less than

IMPA

My dog has IMPA and is recovering from ACL surgery. He did well on this medication and it did not cause a lot if sedation. It just relaxed him.
