My English Bulldog 8 month old puppy has outgrown her 30" L x 19" W crate. Will the 36"L x 23" W accommodate her full grown size?

we have an Olde English Bulldog and get the large crate so he has plenty of room to move around. ours is 60lbs. if yours runs on the smaller side it might be fine, but he loves his and we got the large.

Does it make any difference in folding up the crate if it is the single or double door design?

Can the dividers fit over a crate mat so we don't have to buy different sized mats as the puppy grows?

There will be a space of approximately 3.5 inches under the divider. A crate mat may be able to fit under, depending on it's thickness. The Frisco Quilted Fleece Pet Bed & Crate Mat would be able to fit appropriately.

Not the right crate for my pup

I left my dog in the crate for two hours. He basically dismantled it. I took the advice of some friends and reinforced it withzip ties. He’s still tried his best,

I left my dog in the crate for two hours. He basically dismantled it. I took the advice of some friends and reinforced it withzip ties. He’s still tried his best, bent the sides with his teeth and hurt his back and paw. He was in bad enough shape that we had to go to the emergency care. That is not to say that this crate wouldn’t work for other in their dogs. Mine just has extreme separation anxiety. Dolly is a 50 pound standard poodle.

It is good quality and works as advertised. One star away because putting the divider inside the crate is ALWAYS so frustrating. The bottom hooks are hard to attach

The bottom hooks are hard to attach without the hooks on the other side shifting and attaching to the wrong area. This prolongs kneeling and using my fingers to shift the hooks to the correct panel...painful.

The instructions were packed inside the crate

I took the crate out of the box and looked for the instruction sheet. It was packed inside the crate in the tray at the bottom, making it impossible to get to them

I took the crate out of the box and looked for the instruction sheet. It was packed inside the crate in the tray at the bottom, making it impossible to get to them. I had to figure out how to open up the crate. When I did get to the instruction sheet, it didn’t say what all the pieces were. There were some plastic tubes, which I finally figured were supposed to go on the bottom of the crate to protect the floor. What could have been super easy, wasn’t. Otherwise, the crate is just what I expected.

Our rescue dog, Cocoa, had a very bad beginning to her life. With the help of an excellent rescue and a loving foster, she was healthy and doing well when we got her. Except at night. She woke me up every hour to cuddle so she felt safe. After trying several things, she was only sleeping for two hours at a time. So I decided to make her a home. This crate was a life saver! It was easy to set up and very sturdy. The two doors enabled me to experiment with where I placed it. I was able to put it beside my bed with the side door unlatched so Cocoa could go in and out as she pleased. I filled it with a bed, blankets and smelly running clothes in a pillowcase. I got a larger size kennel so she could stand and move around easily. The first night she woke me up once. Now she sleeps through the night and loves her home! My husband and I feel that the kennel was a great value and has made our lovely girl feel safe and sleep peacefully every night!

I have a 100 lb GSD and I get crates that are large enough for the dog to lay down comfortably. This is big enough for him to lay down, stand and reposition without hunching down or crunching up in a ball. It is a sturdy crate, but if you have an escape artist then you need an extra strong crate.

Missed some serious opportunities to be great

If the door was two inches over (or hinged two inches over at the very least) the door would be able to swing open a full 270 degrees to be flush with the side out
