Frisco Quilted Dog Crate Mat, Ivory, 36-in

I purchased this crate mat for our new puppy and was quite surprised how comforting it made our little guy! He will actually voluntarily go into his crate and curls up on his warm mat several times throughout his day. It’s washable as well which is an added bonus!

These mats were excellent quality, something we always expect from Chewy. Service was great. Our order of these items was originally lost in transit, definitely not Chewy’s fault, since it went missing at a carrier’s facility several states away. Chewy replaced the order promptly and cheerfully with a new order. Communications with the friendly and helpful customer service representative were wonderful. When we opened the replacement order, we were amused to find that the packer had inadvertently packed his/her half-finished water bottle along with our items. We imagined the unfortunate packer trying to find the water bottle and staring at the recently packed orders in dismay, trying to figure out where it was. Don’t worry, we laughed and laughed, and we wanted to make sure that the water didn’t go to waste. We took the bottle outside, and I poured the water into the bird bath. We know that the birds enjoyed the special delivery from Chewy. All kidding aside, this is just one of many times we have appreciated the special human touch of our interactions with Chewy. Thank you, Chewy, for always being there to help and for consistently letting us know that we are dealing with humans and not just computers and automated systems. You deserve 5 gold stars!

My little dogs love these beds with a comfy blanket. I love that they are easy to wash and dry when needed.
