When is this coming back in stock?
Does this variety have the same “no-to-low oxalate to help prevent calcium oxalate crystals” as the chicken and turkey flavors have?

Will Dried New Zealand Green Mussels be ok for a cat w urinary issues who is sensitive to fish? I'm looking for a duck cat food w no fish, no peas, no grains, etc What is the ash content? What is magnesium content?

This variety contains approximately 1.61% Ash content on an as fed basis (7.329% on a dry matter basis) and 0.024% Magnesium content on an as fed basis (0.113% on a dry matter basis). Hard gelatin layer on top not for my cats

I have 3 cats and they really like duck, rabbit, venison and lamb. But they're all very particular about the consistency of their food. I figured even if they don't LOVE it, they'd still probably nibble at it. Their favorites aren't everywhere. What my cats found really distasteful is the layer of hardened gelatin that is on top of the pate. They all made burying motions around their food (like when they bury their poop in the litter box) and walked off to eat kibble. Next time, I tried mixing it together really well and only one of my cats ate a few bites, they all scratched at the floor by the food bowls again and my cat that ate a few nibbles looked at me like I betrayed him. I ordered 3 cases of different flavors. Returning them all now. Chewy has a very responsive customer service.

Dr. Elsey's clean protein Duck Grain-Free

I am giving this one star because while it may be a quality product, my two cats do not really like it. It may have great ingredients, but if your cat babies don't care for it, it is not a good buy. I wish it had taste appeal. I would even prefer a refund as it was a big waste of money.

Disappointing reformulation

After having been on back order for more than 6 months, the reformulated product became available a few weeks ago. The new formula is a disappointment. It is an entirely different color and consistency due to the change in composition. There is an obvious decrease in the amount of organ meat and meat in general. Along with an obvious increase in agar agar filler. I'm sad to say I won't be buying this product again.

Dirty cans inside 24-pack shrink wrap

Top layer of 12 cans was normal/clean, but bottom layer had a lot of dirt stuck to the outside of the cans. If the production facility is this sloppy, I wonder what actually went inside those cans? Is the food contaminated too?

Very disappointed. Will not order again. It is now a colorless almost gelatinous pare.

The Name Says It All

Extremely pleased with this brand of cat food. Excellent reviews on CatFoodDB - considered a superior moist food. High quality protein in a pate formula my three cats devour. The food looks appealing - like clean protein without filler. My cats, all senior, love this food. Cats tested, mom approved!

My cats love this food!

Not long ago, I didn't even know Dr. Elsey's made food. Since my male is allergic to fish, most cat food brands offer few options other than chicken, turkey or beef. Both he and his sister love not only the duck, but also the chicken, beef, pork and turkey and rabbit. Really worth a try!

Not fans of this flavor

I've previously fed my cats the Turkey flavor of Dr. Elsey's and thought I'd give them something else to try....sadly they are not fans of the Duck flavor - they hesitantly eat a bit of the food when I put it out, but not a single dish is mostly consumed (and in some cases, I have some plates that remain untouched)
