When I adopted an emaciated senior dog a year ago, her first bath was by a semi-retired groomer. The groomer recommended an oatmeal shampoo. I bought Earthbath, and have used it exclusively since then. My sweet dog thrived with good nutrition, a stable home, and lots of tlc.
I've only used this once to bathe my two cats I adopted from a very smelly shelter. They reeked the whole way home but this took care of it! I don't regularly bathe my cats, only in emergencies but, I will keep this around just in case.
This shampoo is perfect. I usually add Aveeno colloidal oatmeal to my dogs bath to help with itchiness after the bath, but I don't need to, with this shampoo. It is gentle and moisturizing but still has a good lather and cleans very well. Leaves his coat super shiny and soft. Fragrance-free makes it even better.
I have not tried this shampoo yet, so I really can't say how well it works. However, I have fragrance allergies, so I love the fact that this is fragrance free. Also, I don't like to use heavily scented products on my Pom, so it's great for her as well.
For 5 years have been using this shampoo for my Havanese. Cleans without drying, rinses easily, and doesn't irritate.
Very good shampoo and one of the few without fragrence.
I prefer unscented pet products to clean my baby with. Earthbath Oatmeal & Aloe is a thorough coat cleanser that works gently to remove the yuckies, leaving baby soft and plushy for mommy to snuggle with.
I normally use the plain oatmeal and aloe shampoo, but Chewy was out this time, so I got this. It works just as good, it just doesn't have the smell. The Earthbath shampoo always leaves their coats feeling so soft and looking so good.
After searching for the best shampoo for my my Yorkie, I heard a local groomer used Earthbath Oatmeal & Aloe Shampoo. No more searching. I love this product!
My dog has sensitive skin and gets allergies here and there, but this shampoo soothes her skin.. love it
