It grows with your pup

I love the fact that I can adjust this to grow with my fast growling German shepherd puppy. My brother got one for his German shorthair and recommended it to me

I love the fact that I can adjust this to grow with my fast growling German shepherd puppy. My brother got one for his German shorthair and recommended it to me when I got my pup. I had already purchased bowls and they fit in it as well. The fact that it comes with its own bowls is a plus so I have a spare set now as well! The bowls in the picture are what I had purchased prior and not what came with it

adjustable height

The stand is very nice with a lot of adjustability but the bowl are thin and feel very cheap. I wash the bowls by hand every couple days with dawn dish soap and

The stand is very nice with a lot of adjustability but the bowl are thin and feel very cheap. I wash the bowls by hand every couple days with dawn dish soap and twice now the bottom exterior of the bowl had turned my hands grey and the wash cloth grey. These are only a week old the first time I thought they may have had a coating from new but for it to happen a second time it has to be something wrong with the metal composition of the bowls. I will be replacing the bowls with another brand. This has only happened from the outside of the bowls the high polish insides seem fine but I am not risking it, the stand was worth the cost

Very stable

Easy to adjust and use

I had been using just a wire stand for dishes to elevate my dogs bowls. I love how this is easy to adjust and collapse for travel. The slow feeder bowl is wonderful

Sturdy

This is sturdy enough for my German Shepperd. My only complaint is that it's too deep and narrow making it more difficult for my dog to eat from it.

Lots of Adjustability Options

Selected this bowl for the multiple height adjustment options and it hits the mark. We did have to ease Vinnie into using it instead of having his bowl on the floor

Selected this bowl for the multiple height adjustment options and it hits the mark. We did have to ease Vinnie into using it instead of having his bowl on the floor. Took about 4 days (1st day no leg extension, 2nd day leg extension and the notch higher each day until we hit the right height). While the bowl frame is plastic it is sturdy and has been easy to clean. I removed one star for the depths of the bowls. I knew they were larger than we needed but didn't expect them to be so deep. I suspect that depth and seeing his reflection in the stainless steel was part of Vinnie's initial reluctance to use the feeder. It also affects determining which height you set the feeder at. In the end not a huge issue just something to consider.
