Horrible experience with getting prescription

I ordered enrofloxacin through Chewy. Once the order was placed, I got the email from Chewy saying that the rx would have to be mailed in. That was super annoying

I ordered enrofloxacin through Chewy. Once the order was placed, I got the email from Chewy saying that the rx would have to be mailed in. That was super annoying. My dog had been at the ER vet over the weekend and was given about 10 days worth of the meds so I immediately was thinking that this would be a problem (can't skip antibiotics). I contacted customer service on Monday and explained my situation. I was assured that if I sent the rx via priority mail, that they would expedite the order and get it to me within the week. I took the time out of my day to go to the post office and mail this out. I got confirmation that the order was received on Thursday at about 2:30pm. Days go by as I'm checking my order and see that it has still yet to be reviewed. Sunday I contacted customer service. They in a very, very round about way told me that they lost my prescription. They also told me "oh well you know, you could've had your vet fax or call this prescription in. It would be much faster." No, I didn't know that. Why? Customer service left that information out when I contacted them the first time. This was such a frustrating process, so much so that I cancelled my other autoship order that I've had for about 2 years. I no longer want to do business with this company.

Excellent price and delivery time.

There's nothing really amazing about the item. Rather, the price that I paid and the time frame in getting it was amazing. I paid less for 20 tablets from chewy then I did for eight tablets from my dog's vet. This was a semi-emergency situation. The vet actually told me that I should probably get the antibiotic from a less expensive pharmacy. They were very upfront about the fact that if I got the full dosage from them it was going to be very expensive. Versus getting enough from them to get through a couple of days, then ordering the balance online. What I did and it was definitely less expensive and chewy did a great job in getting them to me in a very timely manner. One other thing. Know that their flavored and chewable, but I pretty much had to cram them down my dog's throat to get him to take them. He didn't want to eat them.

I ordered the Baytril on the 11-13 and did not receive it until 11-21

It took 8 days for me to get it and Misha is very sick and cannot miss any dose of her medications and the are pre-authorized by 2 veterinary clinics and I work

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My dog was recently diagnosed with Vestibular Disease and it was thought to be from an inner ear infection. This is the medication the vet prescribed and I think

My dog was recently diagnosed with Vestibular Disease and it was thought to be from an inner ear infection. This is the medication the vet prescribed and I think it helped get rid of the infection. Sadly, it wasn't Vestibular Disease after all... now they think she has a brain tumor. I needed a couple of medications really quick and it was a Friday when I got the prescriptions and called Chewy to have them filled. They said it would be Monday before the order could be approved and Wednesday before I could get the meds delivered. Chewy contacted me on Sunday and said they were able to get the approval and would ship the meds out Monday morning. They were delivered on Tuesday, a day early! The Enrofloxacin seemed to work well for the infection and I liked the fact that they are flavored chewables. My dog thought she was getting a treat! Sooo much better than having to disguise the medicine in food. I was amazed at the awesome customer service and concern for my baby. I will definitely do business with them again.

Difficult to dose

The flavor of these is terrible and my dog will only eat them using pill pockets- if they're wrapped in anything she can peel off she will do so.

Vet prescribed

My boys Tip had a major infection in his toe was put on a human grade antibiotic and few weeks passed and nothing changed, vets was confused why this med wasn't

My boys Tip had a major infection in his toe was put on a human grade antibiotic and few weeks passed and nothing changed, vets was confused why this med wasn't working, so had to remove his toe nail and told us to get this enroflaxacin, so far it's helped some but his toe is still swollen. But over all been the best results we have gotten
