Fantastic! A must buy if your pets like to drink from the faucet. Extremely quiet and easy to assemble. The water doesn’t evaporate as quickly as flower tops since there is one stream not multiple. Minimal splash spills and sturdy. The blue LED illuminates the tank allowing me to keep an eye on the water level. The dual filtration keeps the water fresh and clean. And the sturdy design assures no accidental knock overs. One negative for me is the lack of feet. With a food/water mat you have protection of your space but there is nothing to allow any spilled water to evaporate. I added adhesive feet and she is a dream! A must buy. Small dogs and cats will love it!

it took awhile but he likes it!

very easy to assemble, plugs right into the wall. makes an audible noise when it starts to run dry and Bandit comes to get me to fill it again. it does require replacement

The water flow is to hard compared to my bathroom faucet.

She likes it at a constant drip so it took 2 weeks to try it because she was afraid of it. Wish the flow could be adjusted like it says but does not. Needs filter

Product arrived in a damaged box, and outside was cracked.

I love the way it looks, but it was damaged upon arrival and haven't been able to get a lot of customer support because it was sent by a third party vendor.

After a week, the faucet was sending out only sporadic spurts. I will try cleaning it out and see if that helps, but I really don't like a fountain that requires

After a week, the faucet was sending out only sporadic spurts. I will try cleaning it out and see if that helps, but I really don't like a fountain that requires weekly maintenance. Ford the week it was working, my cat showed no interest in it at all. For pluses, while it was working it was very quiet, with just a nice, soft bubbling sound.

I wasn't sure if this item would go over well because Cami isn't the sort of girl that will drink from a kitchen sink or have much to do with water, really. I liked the idea of her water not being stagnant, even though we change it a couple of times a day. My husband decided that because she is a Persian, she might be worried about the copper spout getting her head wet, so we removed it a few days ago, and the water bubbles. She still hasn't tried it, and while I think she might if I removed her regular water bowl, we're still offering her both options for now. Hopefully she likes it and finds it delightful... I'm actually back today to order a second. My mom was hinting that she would like ours, but I'm not giving up hope yet. I'm ordering one for her.
