My draft X has an... active sheath. I call him The Hoarder and that thing needs cleaning monthly—just to give you an idea of how waxy and schmegy it can get up in there. I'm always looking for gentle products because I know it's a sensitive area. This was completely ineffective. It did nothing for us. Bummed out, wish I could give a better review.
