Kitchamajig Makes a great scoop for me!

    By Dave63 on Apr 25, 2021

This kitchamajig litter scoop ended up being my favorite and longest lasting scooper.! In almost a decade I am on my second one. In my experience and opinion it does the job! Doesn’t rust gets those round corners of litter box and gives you control of what you’re doing. My favorite feature is how it cleans up nice! It’s not a bulky plastic p.o.junk that needs a power washer to get it clean. Just a few soapy paper towels and a Brillo pad every so often . Since around the 1940”s this tool has assumed many roles in the kitchen, patio, home and restaurant, and no wonder why! Simple, classic and surprising that this tool outdoes all others for me!

    best litter scoop ever!!

By shadow on May 9, 2021

this is the greatest litter scooper ever.i bought a plastic litter scooper from the pet store and it leaves a mess trying to pick-up the cat urine and stool.the holes on the plastic scooper are too big and this is much stronger etc. i love it.

    Love this scoop!

By Tess on May 6, 2021

All the other litter scoops do not do well with my Oko soft pine litter. The litter generally gets stuck and does not sift well through them. This scoop sifts this litter well and gets the job done!

    Litter scoops

By Janster on Jan 29, 2021

These scoops are so much better than the plastic ones. They don’t break and they’re smaller than the pet store metal ones for reaching into corners better. When they start to get cruddy I put them into a plastic dishpan in the laundry tub and do a load of clothes. The drainage softens the crud, I scrub them with a nail brush, dry them well and they’re like brand new.

    Litter Scoop

By Jane on Feb 15, 2021

This litter scoop was smaller than I expected and is not very useful in picking up clumps of used litter. It is very good for scraping loose the clumps that stick to the litter box so I use it for that. I still have to use a larger scoop to pick up the clumps.

    Light weight scoop

By Catmom on Feb 3, 2021

I really like this scoop. It does bend easily and I wish it was a little sturdier. But it slides thru the litter and doesn't bust up the pee balls like some of the plastic scoops. I have several of them!

Ethical Pet Chrome Plastic Handle Cat Litter Scoop

By Lovelylady on Jan 14, 2021

Horrible - cheap - nothing like the quality from the first one I've had for over 30 years and still have - just wanted two - don't buy it even for $5.00! Returned it for credit.

    Litter scoop

By Mimo on Mar 8, 2021

This doesn’t pick up litter, it’s too small and not curved enough to hold anything

    Skinny little handle

By Jdawg on Aug 19, 2020

This scooper has that skinny little arm that seems like it wouldn't hold the tiniest clod of clumping litter... but it DOES. The skinny little arm actually lets it sift through the litter easily and it's certainly strong enough. The rounded edge works perfectly with my cat's oval shaped litter box, replacing the plastic one that came with the box... that my dog thought made a great chew toy. The ONLY reason I cut this by one star is because the solid portion of the scoop there, near the skinny little handle also catches litter. I do not like having to shake the scoop to sift that little bit of litter off OR choose to waste that litter every time I scoop. Yes, I realize this is me being persnickety This scooper has that skinny little arm that seems like it wouldn't hold the tiniest clod of clumping litter... but it DOES. Not great for scooping litter

By scooper on Jan 9, 2021

Waste of money for scooping litter. Maybe you could use it for cooking.
