How long does one refill last?

Feliway refills last up to 30-days, when plugged-in continuously (24/7). It is recommended to replace the refill every 4 weeks. A small amount of liquid will remain in the vial (the vial will never be completely empty because the last few drops of liquid are not enough in contact with the wick to allow the diffusion process).

Soothes the freaky

Ive got three cats and one in particular gets a lil anxious and on edge sometimes and yowls. Ive tried so many different tips and tricks but he still got freaky

Ive got three cats and one in particular gets a lil anxious and on edge sometimes and yowls. Ive tried so many different tips and tricks but he still got freaky. These diffusers calm him down and bring some peace and harmony to our home. They are all relaxed, happy, and more playful. Freaky boy does still get into trouble, but hes not so unsettled and on edge when I have these running.

Good for single cats

Her personality has always been playful and inquisitive but I genuinely do believe this has helped with the stress of introductions and being in a new home! They’re both best friends now!

Keep Getting Faulty Product

I purchased a diffuser kit and when it came time to replace the diffuser in the plugin I purchased a 3 pack from another online retailer because the initial unit

I purchased a diffuser kit and when it came time to replace the diffuser in the plugin I purchased a 3 pack from another online retailer because the initial unit worked for my concern which was my cat peeing on my bed. When I put the refill in it started to release this scent shortly after which wasn't an issue I had with the original diffuser fill that came with the unit so I ordered another 3 pack off of Chewy thinking maybe it was just an issue from the other retailer. I put one of the new diffusers in my unit and it had the same issue of oil leaking at the top and heating on the plug in it seemed so I thought maybe it's the my plug-in so I bought another kit, tried another diffuser from the pack (and the one from the new kit) and had the same issue. I highly doubt this is user error as you just need to gently screw it in and plug it in and I had no problems with the first diffuser but every one i've purchased since has been leaky and leading to this weird scent that isn't pleasant at all. There is a clear quality control issue somewhere.

It works! more peaceful home

I have a large number of rescue cats, two of which have some behavioral, and anxiety problems. I have put two of these Feliway diffusers out a couple of months ago,

I have a large number of rescue cats, two of which have some behavioral, and anxiety problems. I have put two of these Feliway diffusers out a couple of months ago, not really expecting them to work. Then, suddenly, I had two days of raucaus behaviors, a little fighting. When I checked the diffusers they were empty, so I believe, and still do now, that they make my household more peaceful and help calm my cats. thanks Feliway and Chewy!

Easy to use and effective

We love near a military air base, and it can get pretty loud. Cats hate noise! I use a couple of diffusers with the feliway optimum in different areas of the house

This product reduced tensions sufficient to allow the introduction of a new rescued cat to the household. She's a mini cat, because this sweet young thing's growth was stunted due to starvation, so she is half the size of a full grown cat. There was lots of hissing and mrr-ing from my 3 resident cats when Ember came out of quarantine. The pheromone diffusers didn't eliminate that, but it did reduce the incidence of confrontations.

Great multi-cat product

Before using Feliway Optum in our household, all 3 of our cats were always on edge and ready to attack at a moment's notice if one or the other would come to close

Before using Feliway Optum in our household, all 3 of our cats were always on edge and ready to attack at a moment's notice if one or the other would come to close. After plugging in the Feliway Optum Diffusers there was almost an immediate calming effect on all of our cats. Now after using this product for about 1 month our home is much more peaceful, and all the cats are more at ease and laid-back dealing with each other. I highly recommend this product! Thank you.
