We recently started giving our 19 year old cat fluids every other day to help with her kidney issues. We get Muffin ready, warm up her fluids, and my husband slowly feeds her the puree as I insert the needle and begin administering her fluids. Muffin is SO busy with the treat, she ignores me when I put in the needle and only concentrates on her delicious snack. This makes the process so much easier!

I used to give him some CBD cat treats to take the edge off, but he cannot tolerate them and would frequently barf later. Feliway Happy Snacks, although more expensive, seem to work much better.
