Does this help with two male cats that atent neutered?

We'd recommend using the MultiCat system in the room where the cats frequent the most, it should help calm and reduce tensions.

I first saw these in my Vets office. Was skeptical, but put several around the house. (I do Cat Rescue, and have a mini cat hotel in progress) The results were noticed within a week. With so many diffusers a large economy refill bottle would be nice :)

At this time, this refill is only available in a 48 milliliters bottle.

Does it matter if the outlet is higher up on the wall or does it have to be closer to the floor?

Plug diffuser unit into the room where the cat spends the most time. Avoid plugging in the diffuser under shelves, behind doors, behind curtains, behind furniture. Doing this will impair diffusion.

Is it okay to use the multicat refill in a diffuser that originally had the classic used in it?

Wasted my money very unhappy with this product

Same review as the starter kit - same order same product.. I spent like $60 on this with the refill bc our cat Cream Puff has been really anxious and peeing all over our house. I had hoped this would help her calm down and knock off the habit bit it didnt work. We are now considering what other options we have so I am really disappointed in this product and wish I didnt waste so much money. Btw I also know it doesnt work bc I have 4 cats and after plugging this in my boy cats started to fight when they never did that before. So I dont know what the point of this even is.

I set the oil bottle on a table and noticed it was leaking all over the table. We have thrown that oil bottle away but bought a multi pack and are concerned about the other bottles leaking as well.

While this product seemed to work for our cats to stop fighting, one of the diffusers started smelling like electrical burning. I have had two in the house. at 30 days, the light never signified that it was time to change the diffuser refill. I went ahead and changed it anyway. At this time, I noticed the one was oily like the oil had leaked. I cleaned it up, changed the diffuser and plugged it back in. Shortly there after, the room began to smell like electrical burning. After researching, I have unplugged the diffuser and I am super disappointed. I only used it the one month. We are leaving town and I'm also afraid to leave the other one plugged in should the same thing happen with that one.

Because I have 6 cats (all rescued) and 1 of my girls, Lucy, is on Prozac (it's a Tordietude thing) I can ALWAYS tell when it's time to change the refills... because everyone, especially Lucy, starts to get a little testy! One time I had totally forgotten FOR A WEEK and my house was total chaos!!!! After I realized what was happening and changed the refills... it took about a day to get everyone back to normal... I'll NEVER do that again!

Our tabbies had night time fights. This product resolved this problem until recently. Now the smell is awful, leaks and made the cats anxious during the day when it’s being run(never occurred for the 2 years we’ve been using this successfully). I’ve tried a few of the complete kits and replacement bottles. All the same just awful. Will NEVER use this again. I’m not sure what Chewy can do about this (refund) but I’ll be contacting Feliway.

Not sure if they actually work

I had been using for years when I am away for extended periods of time, but now trying while I am home and feel my older cat just isn’t taking to calming down/anxiety

I can tell when the feliway runs out because there seems to be more tension between the two of them. With feliway, there’s peace in the house and all three cats are happy together.

This is our second month using the product. The first month we didn't notice any changes. Constant bickering between our 2 Maine Coon brothers and us breaking up battles most days. By the second month the squabbling is less, the fights are fewer....but they still happen. We'll keep at it and see if a 3rd month brings calm, or possibly add a 2nd one of these at the other end of the house.
