Good dog food but very expensive comparatively

Our aging doodle has gotten quite picky on his food the last couple of years. Eukanuba Senior is something he seems to like more than others he's tried. It seems to be a high quality dog food and he is doing well on it. Our big Maine Coon approves of it too as he waits and steals several pieces when we put the bowl down. Eukanuba is hard to find and very expensive. The new foil lined bag is nice for keeping the food fresh but can't be recycled and adds to expense I'm sure. Chewy makes it easy to get.

We have a new dog!

Our vet recommended Eukanuba for our senior dog. She was in terrible decline. She had digestive issues, her hair was falling out, her joints were getting bad and she had zero energy. Within 3 days, our princess perked right bad up! She gets the old dog zoomies again. She can walk longer and she has all kinds of energy. Her coat is shiny and pretty now. It's like we have a new dog!

Super Convenient!

This is my pupper's fave! Super happy with the auto-ship so I never worry about running out. Way better pricing than going to a big box! Also, I made a mistake when I set the order up and all it took was a quick chat for them to fix me up. Very pleased.

ok when you can get it in smaller size bag

"catalog" shows smaller sized bags but staff and cart say no. I am 76 years old and lifting the the larger bags is getting to be a challenge.

Stick with this!

Our 8 year old “pup” has been through a lot of health issues. After trying many different foods, even prescription brands (expensive too) we have found that this Eukanuba dry for seniors helps keeps her digestive system the healthiest of all of the others! Plus it keeps her teeth cleaner due to the kibble shape! She loves it so we love it!

Eukanuba senior dog food

Aside from treats this is the only food our 95 pound 10 year old dog eats.

Long time customer

I have fed my German Wirehaired Pointers Eukanuba since the early 90’s. I compete in dog shows and performance events and it has always kept my dogs in great condition. My dogs live to be almost 16 years old and I believe this to be a direct effect of feeding them Eukanuba in addition to my part in keeping them active. I was worried when P&G sold it to Mars but I didn’t notice any quality changes. Since the pandemic it has been almost impossible to find. I don’t know if that is due to the pandemic or due to that fact that their dry diet is no longer made in the USA, it’s now made in Australia. So it could also be a supply chain issue. I was able to get a couple bags and they were produced in Australia, and didn’t notice any changes. I asked my vet because I was concerned about it not being made in the USA and he was not concerned stating Australia would have similar standards and would still be subject to our UDSA inspections. I ended up having to switch to another food because I can’t consistently find it and my dogs 1) don’t like it and 2) are having stomach/digestive issues even though I slowly changed them over to it. I hope that Eukanuba becomes readily available again. I was recently able to order a bag but I’m somewhat concerned to switch them back over to it if it won’t be available again. This is such a good food!

Consistently acceptable dry food!

My German Shepherd readily eats Eukanuba and has consistently good stools. We have tried other brands but she either gets bored with them or develops poor stools. This is my 7th GSD and Eukanuba has been our choice for many years (when it is available).
