The Ever Clean Extra Strength Unscented Premium Clumping Clay Cat Litter has an ammonia-shield, antimicrobial agents and plant extracts help to destroy litter box odors for you and your feline friend. The Ever Clean Everfresh with Activated Charcoal Unscented Premium Clumping Clay Cat Litter has Carbon Plus technology clumps tight and grabs odors which inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria.

Do you have to empty the litter box totally when cleaning it? My husband just shovels clumps out and adds litter to replace what he has taken out.

Scoop out clumps and solids daily and dispose of waste with regular garbage. The rest of the litter stays fresh. Simply add more Ever Clean litter when necessary to replace what you scoop out. Once a month, empty entire litter box and dispose in the trash.

What is wrong!?! It now smells horrible - not the same anymore

I’ve been an Ever Clean customer for years and it has always worked great for my cats. I had the 4 pack on Auto Ship from Chewys. Over the past few months the quality has gone down drastically. After reading others reviews, they think the same. It definitely wouldn’t ever come close to being “fresh for 14 days”. Something has changed and it is now longer the same quality. No longer scent free. It’s a darker color. It’s also more dusty than before. When my cat uses the box the litter ignites the smell of cat pee! It used to cover the smell. It also leaves a sticky gross hard clay that is hard to scoop. I’m switching brands.

It doesn’t appear as though the important members of this family are complaining, at least not yet, but Ever Clean Extra Strength Unscented has changed. This used to be an easy 5 star product, but I’m now struggling to even give it 3/5. The particle size is a fair bit larger and quite a bit darker in color than the old formulation, and while the fragrance isn’t overwhelming, it’s certainly not what I’d term unscented. I’m disappointed with the changes, and will be exploring other brands for my next order.

Buy if you have stainless steel

I have two plastic litter boxes, my neighbor has stainless steel and when I cat sit for her I notice that this works well. But for for plastic not so much. Also

RIP OFF AND LIES!!!! Everclean and Fresh Step are the SAME EXACT product.

Everclean is $42 and Fresh Pet is $20 - they are the EXACT SAME packaging and product by the same company as Fresh Step which is half the price. They are the SAME

They are made in the same place with the same markings but have a different outer print on the box or plastic wrap. What a ripoff!!!!! So disappointed. I wanted something less dusty than the Fresh Step. What a joke on me.

My go to litter

I'm pretty sure I've been using this since day 1 of having my cat. Some scented litter can be a bit harsh on my sensitive nose, so I appreciate the unscented version

I recently switched to Ever Clean from the lighter weight wheat/corn litter since I was having trouble with pee balls sticking to the litter box. Being afraid my boy may not use the new litter, I left one box with the old litter and the second box I added the Ever Clean. He loves the new litter! In fact since I put the Ever Clean out, he will not even use the old litter. So, 5 stars for Ever Clean! The only drawback for me is the weight and slightly more dust than the corn/wheat litter.
