    So far they love it

    By on

My boys are a bit picky and have been turning up their noses at their Iams and Science Diet so I asked friends for recommendations and one of them suggested the Weruva. I ordered the ten ounce cans to minimize the packaging waste and let them try the Salmon Au Jus and they seem pretty excited about it so far. They pretty exclusively eat fish in their wet food but I just might have to let them try some of the poultry flavors and see what they think. And yes, this does have some big chunks of real fish in it but they don't seem to mind and it's good for their teeth. I am going to ask my vet at their next visit if the bones are providing too much calcium for their urinary health to make sure that My boys are a bit picky and have been turning up their noses at their Iams and Science Diet so I asked friends for recommendations and one of them suggested the Weruva. Beware of Bones Inside

    By on

My cats do like the food but I’m not thrilled with what they are consuming. The fish heads are included and I find some bones throughout the meal including the fish’s teeth. Sometimes they leave the bones and sometimes they eat them. As sensitive stomach indoor cats I was worried but they have been using the bathroom normally still and it’s been about 2 weeks with this flavored wet food for dinner. Just going to avoid ordering this food in particular again due to the bones/fish heads I keep finding and my worries about them eating them. Hope this is helpful to someone else.

"Too Good" for My Cats, Oh Well!

    By on

This food goes over well with both the cats in my house...but they won't eat the actual fish pieces, which one would think would be a big draw of this dish! Oh well, at least they like the mushy parts and throwing out the fish heads at the end is less waste than they leave behind after some dinners!

My Picky Eater Will Eat This

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

Wow! So I didn't think that my pickiest cat would even like this but surprise surprise, he loves it! The contents look human-grade and the fish pieces are large. Since my cats tend to only lick their wet food (not chew), I have to mush the fish into tiny pieces to make it broth-like.

    Kittys gone WILD!

    By on

My husband used to smoke fish every week for our kitties and they finally cleaned out the freezer! I tried many canned foods and my boys will eat anything, but not be crazy about it. My girl is picky, she hardly eats anything. However, I kept one of my foster babies while her family went on vacation and she brought the Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Kitty Gone Wild Salmon for the baby. I couldn’t keep my kitties back. ALL the kitties LOVE it and can’t wait to hear the can open. It even has big chunks of fish in it. I’m so glad we found this. Highly recommended!

    Love this!

    By on

My cats love this! I mean, they really like food in general, but they seem to really enjoy the flavor of this and the chunks of sardine in there. Kitties really do go wild! I love that it is human grade and does not contain fillers and grain.

    Can cat food

    By on

Well my opinion on this one is pending. They eat some at first and nibble on it a little during the day but never eat it all so not sure if they like it or not?

    Not what my cats like

    By on

My cats love the gelatinous part of the food, but do not eat the large chunks of salmon and skin even when I break it up. I have 3 cats and only 1 will nibble at the chunks but never eats it all. It's pricey to be throwing away half the food. I wish it came as a pate.

    My cats hate it

    By on

Super bummed that none of my cats will eat this food. They act like I’m punishing them when I feed them Cats in the Kitchen. I don’t get it because they love the regular Weruva line.
