I use four of these Exo Terra UVB bulbs, replacing them all once per year, and my veiled chameleon has done just fine for years now. He gets sun in the spring, summer, and fall, but all winter it’s indoors and these bulbs do the job. Also very durable. I’ve dropped the light canopy before and they still worked. Chewy has a great price on these bulbs, and with 4 they ship free!

I only use this bulb when a bulb blows or if the house is very warm but its dependable, I bought it last year and have not had a problem for the few times ive used it. Although it isn't very bright and is hard to see the terrarium. I use this for my Green anoles and Long tail Liard's

This UVB reptile light is really helpful for my turtle, I notice how he climb on the rock and allow the light to nourish his shell. This light does last a while

The first one of these I bought blew out almost immediately, but the second one has been going strong. It may have been the dome I was using, so hard to say whether it was the bulb or not. Very satisfied with Chewy's delivery and service.

I was looking for a new UVB bulb for my Blue-Tongued Skink, as hers is now due for changing (we are at the 8 month mark for this bulb).
I have always had great results with Exo Terra's bulbs and have fewer instances of them burning or blowing out - in fact, I don't believe I have had any issues at all with this brand as far as this matter goes, as opposed to some other brands I have used in the past.
The lighting is great - exactly as I was expecting... and who can complain about the price!?
This was definitely a purchase that made both my lizard and myself very pleased.
