Nothing will eat this. No birds. Not even raccoons. They all pass it up.

Seemed like a good deal, but nothing will eat this. Not birds. Not possums. Not even raccoons. They all pass it up. Ended up trashing the bag.

Better than mealworms

Great price for a quality product. Good for giving our chickens a boost of protein during molt.

Nice fat grubs, very little waste

Our local crows & jays absolutely love these. The crows sometimes take them to the birdbath to dunk them, then eat them one by one. The chickadees & sparrows enjoy

Big crispy grubs

These black soldier fly grubs are big, crispy and whole. There are minimal crumbs in the bag.

Healthy Chicken Treats

I never had a chicken that didn't love dried black soldier fly worms, and these are no exception. Every day I sprinkle some in their food and it makes them happy

I never had a chicken that didn't love dried black soldier fly worms, and these are no exception. Every day I sprinkle some in their food and it makes them happy. These are a good deal on the price-per-pound front, making it more convenient and a little cheaper than buying by the pound. I used to feed my chickens mealworms, which are more expensive, until I learned that black soldier fly larvae have a better calcium-to-phosphorus ratio. These are a good deal and I like that they're from Costa Rica.
