Over the last 6 months, packing has gotten worse

The way things are being packed now, as opposed to a year or more ago, is getting worse and worse. I've had many things arrived damaged but just have not followed

The way things are being packed now, as opposed to a year or more ago, is getting worse and worse. I've had many things arrived damaged but just have not followed through. I ended up throwing out a 40 lb bag of litter and one entire 32 can food assortment because they had become unusable due to the way they were packed. Things never used to be this way and I'm seriously considering cancelling my orders. I don't know why this changed, but it has been a deteriorating situation for at least a year. I fear this is due to automation (i.e., AI). Please work on this. Transportation is rough and getting rougher so this is just going to get worse

They Like It

This is one kind of Fancy Feast that all 5 of my cats will eat. Even my fussy little Siamese will at least lick all the creamy gravy (she won't eat the solid parts)

Too rich for older kitties

The dairy in these seemed like a great idea at the time, both kitties (15) seemed to love it & my finicky girl (Annabelle) even ate larger portions of this food,

The dairy in these seemed like a great idea at the time, both kitties (15) seemed to love it & my finicky girl (Annabelle) even ate larger portions of this food, clearly loving the cream. But the fact that their bodies weren't loving the food as much as their pallet did was apparent in the litter box. Ive removed it from their diet & gone back to homemade or a reconstituted dehydrated food, sold by chewy, and their digestive health is right back on track. It was a great reminder that, like our foods, what is delicious may not be what best meets our needs for longterm positive ourcomes.

The price keeps going up.

Mew loves it but I won’t be able to afford it. The bad part is that it’s the only food she likes. I’m able to purchase it cheaper in other pet stores.
