Which Chicken Florentine has the creamy white sauce

Purina has recently changes their formulation and they no longer have the white sauce.

What are the ingredients in the new formula for the Florentine variety? The ingredients listed are the same as in the past, but the formula is completely different now, there is no more creamy white sauce, so what are the new ingredients?

Some orders have been delivered at the leasing office package room because the Apartment complex instructs to do so. The apartment complex is huge and far from my apartment building. However, this is the second time that my delivery was continently outside my door. Which was highly appreciated because I wasn’t able to drive to the leasing office, and when I have had to, the box is pretty heavy. I hope this delivery courtesy continues because only chewy has the fancy feast wet food flavors my cat likes. I also like how fast my order is delivered, and the updates about the delivery I get via email. Thank you to the person who delivered my order!!! I ran out of wet food cans and my car wasn’t working.

My cats loved the white florentine sauce. When I got the last two cases it was the new recipe. Thought I received a bad batch so I asked for it to be replaced with

My cats loved the white florentine sauce. When I got the last two cases it was the new recipe. Thought I received a bad batch so I asked for it to be replaced with the turkey version. What used to be their favorite, now gets pushed to the side of the dish. My 5 cats have all decided that they don’t like the new recipe. I used to give them flavor options but now I’m down 2 flavors. I will try other creamy types and hope they keep those. Please bring back the old recipe.

Mislabeled

As others have noted the box and cans say Florentine but the product inside is Primavera, both boxes I received. I haven't used Chewy very long but most Purina

As others have noted the box and cans say Florentine but the product inside is Primavera, both boxes I received. I haven't used Chewy very long but most Purina items have some flaw - crushed cans, can labels not glued, wrong contents. I suspect they have negotiated a deal with Purina for cheap "seconds", yet they charge customers the same price as my local mart. Switching back to my local mart for this item.

NOT the same after recent 2025 changes

My cats have been eating Fancy Feast for 30+ years. The Medleys Florentine (when it came out) was the absolute favorite. Not any more. My two cats literally turn

My cats have been eating Fancy Feast for 30+ years. The Medleys Florentine (when it came out) was the absolute favorite. Not any more. My two cats literally turn up their noses and walk away now. The old/original formula had a pinkish color, lots of sauce, and small manageable chunks. The new formula is brown in color and looks like the Primavera and Tuscany versions. The chunks are much larger and there is less sauce. Even my large Maine Coon won't eat it. I am looking for a replacement and will not buy Fancy Feast any more since I have contacted the company and they haven't even given me the courtesy of a response. CHEWY has been remarkable. Before I realized it was a formula change I contacted Chewy and they sent me a free case because we thought it was a packaging error - unfortunately not so. Thank you Chewy and BOO to Fancy Feast.

Why?

Why did Purina change the sauce for the Florentine??? That was a sure meal if my cats didn't want any of the other flavors at meal time! They loved the white sauce!!!

Have to cancel. Suddenly bad.

I have been feeding Lucy her fave, Tuna Florentine, all her life. Also the chicken variety. She suddenly won't eat it, and also in my December order, the Florentine

I have been feeding Lucy her fave, Tuna Florentine, all her life. Also the chicken variety. She suddenly won't eat it, and also in my December order, the Florentine was mislabeled. All of the cans labeled Florentine contain Primavera. Lucy is also vomiting more than usual, and has been lethargic. I've read many similar concerns online. Has Purina changed the formula, and has this been addressed with them? I hope this hasn't done any lasting damage to Lucy's health. Please advise!
