Freezes over

This bucket was a disappointment. I don't know if we just got a dud or what. Since day one it can barely keep the ice off the top even when the temp is 32 degrees

This bucket was a disappointment. I don't know if we just got a dud or what. Since day one it can barely keep the ice off the top even when the temp is 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything colder and a thick layer freezes on top. I can accept a heated bucket that can't keep up with single digit temps, but I am very unhappy with this one not even able to perform in the 20-30 degree range. We thought maybe we just needed to adjust a few things and not have it sitting directly in the snow. After making some changes and having a platform for this thing, the bucket still does not perform. I need open water for my ducks in the winter. I was excited to use this. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.

Heated 2gallon Bucket

Used for poultry. Their water has stayed unfrozen when down in the 20 degree weather we have had. They are outside, but under a roof. Very pleased with them.

Does exactly what I need and want

This is my second bucket like this. The first lasted three years, which isn't bad considering the price. It's perfect for providing water to the wildlife in my backyard
