Felanorm treats feline hyperthyroidism, a commonly diagnosed disease in senior cats. The disease results in excess levels of thyroid hormone being produced in the thyroid gland. Symptoms can include weight loss, increased thirst and urination, vomiting, and excess activity. The first FDA-approved oral solution for hyperthyroidism in cats. Felanorm (methimazole) Oral Solution is an easy-to-administer, honey-flavored treatment for feline hyperthyroidism. FDA-approved and easy to give. Felanorm allows more accurate dose titration without the stress and struggles associated with pills, potentially leading to increased compliance and improved treatment outcomes. Felanorm has a proven track record - over 100 million doses have been sold in the UK and has been awarded the Easy-to-Give designation by the International Society of Feline Medicine.

Proudly sourced directly from the manufacturer or their approved distributor. Guaranteed genuine and backed by the manufacturer.

Will never ever again order any prescription medication from Chewy again! Very unpleasant not professional people. Ridiculous policy. They want prescription to be mailed and its taking too long for them to contact my veterinarian. They didn't do any step to help me get my cat medicine. My cat could die waiting for chewy. Thanks God order at another Covertus pharmacy without any problems and get medication in 3 days. Chewy you should be ashamed of what you doing!

Felanorm liquid is the best way to give thyroid medication to cat

Before I getting Felanorm, she was prescribed a thyroid pill which was hard to administer. She constantly would spit it out and often I didn't realize she had spit it out only to find it hours later or days later. Ever since, I had the doctor change to a liquid medication (the Fleanorm she prescribed) it's been a joy to give it to Missy, just on "click" in mouth it's done. And just as important she likes it, she doesn't try to spit out. Also, since she is not spitting the medicine out, she has shown as signs of improvement.

I tried the pills, Beetle didn’t like them. Me either. I tried the ear cream and compounding pharmacies(2) “forgot” to put the Methimazole in. I went to 3 veterinarians, finally found ONE who cared for my cat AND ME. Had Chewy’s pharmacist get the vet’s ID and prescription over the phone. Thank you so much Chewy for walking me through that nightmare!

EASY

This was so easy to give my elderly cat. I mixed it with a lickable treat, and she gladly took her medicine. This product takes the anxiety out of giving her meds,

Chewy was great about it. And the administration of the medication is very easy. Unfortunately, since it is given oral, it absorbs easier in the gastric system, causing my baby to have a severe nauseous reaction. We had to change the transdermal

Sadly our little Miss Annie passed away but I do want to review this liquid form Felnorm. I couldn't get Annie to take the bitter tasting pills so it was always a struggle. This liquid form was quick & easy to shoot down her throat with the syringe. Biggest struggle was the bitter taste of the pills but this form has a pleasant taste, kind of like maple syrup. Great product!!

As with any medication, there’s always hesitation when you see the long list of possible side affects. Methimazole seemed a little intimidating at first due to all of the potential side affects, but I knew my cat really needed this medication to get her thyroid under control, not to mention that from the research I did it seems like for the most part cats tend to handle this med pretty good. I’m so glad I came across this particular brand though, since it’s FDA approved specifically for cats. I can’t say enough good things about this medicine and the positive impact it’s had on helping get my cats thyroid levels to where they need to be. Another bonus, Felanorm has AMAZING customer service. You can call them directly and get connected to a pharmacy tech, and they are so patient and answer all of your questions. Once had a question about the syringe and they were so helpful. Will continue to keep my cat on this medication :)

The price and the 2 syringes

My vet’s pharmacy was charging $58 for the same product. There was only the syringe in mg. Chewy added a syringe in ml, the prescription being in ml.

Cat enjoys this in his favorite purees

I stir it into an Inaba Churu puree. It is honey flavored and seems not to alter the puree taste my cat loves. I tried tablets of the same med and my cat didn't
