Does this contain 78 or 24 percent protein? Both are listed on this page.

This formula contains 78% protein from grass fed, free range lamb and 22% protein from vegetables. The Crude Protein for the overall diet is 24% minimum.

Hi, my dog is allergic to chicken and it says this lamb meal formula has chicken fat in it.
Answer by ChewyJul 06, 2020
This formula does not contain chicken protein however, it does contain chicken fat. Primarily, pets may have a sensitivity to chicken protein but don't necessarily have a reaction to chicken fat. Due to your pets specific health concern, we recommend consulting your veterinarian to see what would be the safest fit for your pets current treatment plan.

Our Schnauzer loves it!!

Our Schnauzers UTI and bladder problems have resolved changing to this food. We have tried Royal Canine, The Farmers Dog food, and Blue Buffalo Basics Skin and stomach care and so far this food has been the best. She eats it all. The kibble is hard but her breath has also improved tremendously. We also give her 1/2 morsel of Mighty Petz Max Cranberry supplements. She even has more energy now. Highly recommend this food and the Mighty Pets supplement.

First Mate grain free lamb dry dog food

After 2 years and probably 15 various foods I've found Franky's forever food! Clean, healthy, limited ingredients. His maldigestion issues are almost completely gone and he seems more excited about this food than any food ever. Put simply I'd say its in a whole separate league as far as quality and dog- appeal! :)
