FirstMate Pacific Ocean Fish Meal with Blueberries Formula Limited Ingredient Diet Grain-Free Dry Cat Food

My cat seriously thinks this dry food is a treat instead of a meal. The ingredients are really healthy and I can tell that she isn’t as bloated in her belly area anymore after using this food and she has more energy! I would say it is worth the price.

My 2-1/2 year old 100%indoor adopted Tuxedo cat, was chewing chunks of hair off his body for 2 months. I had his vet do a thorough blood analysis. He is allergic to 6 different foods, which almost all are found in most dry foods. He has been eating this as a grazing food all day and twice a day has canned food. So far so good. He loves the taste.

Unfortunately my cats didn’t like this. It’s a great food though I think based on ingredients and reviews. I’ll feed it to my ferals who will eat anything. Back to the drawing board for my domestic kitties.

My kitty would not touch this food :-( had to return but Chewy gave me a refund and asked me to donate :-)

I was given this product as a sample. My cat loves it. It’s pretty pricey, so I give a small portion to her as her afternoon treat, instead of a regular meal.

We recently got a kitten who was fed a lower quality food (Purina). Even being free fed she was still just a little too thin & her coat was greasy. We already feed all of our dogs Firstmate’s Performance & Extreme with outstanding results so I had to try their cat food. 3 days on this & she’s in near-perfect condition. Great weight, clear eyes, soft coat & building muscle. Can’t go wrong with Firstmate!

I have a chunky cat that I'm trying to wean off dry food. In the meantime, am always looking for high quality dry. His previous food made his coat lovely and he seemed to thrive but had chronic bacteria ear issues. After switching to his current food, Taste of the Wild - Salmon, no more ear problems. Was hoping to add this food into rotation. 3 stars as it seems to be high quality and I admire companies that really trying to go above and beyond for our pets. Sadly, my cat developed horrible diarrhea. I gave it a day hoping he just needed to "adjust" but it continued. My kitties love this cat food! I wanted them on a grain free fish diet and this brand aligned with what we were looking for. I’d recommend to a friend for sure!

This is a great cat food that my 14 year old cat loved. Maybe its the strong fish smell?

I purchased this product with a recommendation from a site that promotes safe cat food products. So glad that I found this site. I am always searching for quality products that are safe for my cat, especially after all the pet food recalls. My cat seems to love the taste and so far, no vomiting issues have occurred.
