Feeding Your cat: FirstMate's Cage-Free Duck with Blueberries Formula is a complete and nutritionally balanced food for all life stages. Serve dry or moistened in a clean bowl. Use this chart as an initial guide and adjust accordingly. Feeding guide indicates the suggested total feeding amount per day. FirstMate recommends splitting this amount into two or more meals per day. Always provide fresh clean water. For pregnant females, increase feed intake beginning week 7 of gestation up to 25%. For lactating females increase feeding up to 50%, feeding a minimum of 3 times per day. Feeding requirements vary depending on breed and litter size. Helped my in-crisis kitty

I have a senior cat with a very sensitive stomach. I have tried MANY brands to find something that won't make her vomit or dry heave. She was heaving multiple times a day when I got this food. I slowly introduced this one, increasing the percentage over time. She is now 100% on this food and is out of crisis. Hopefully, she won't build up a tolerance and will finally have a food she can tolerate. If you have have trouble with kitty's tummy, I recommend trying this one.

My cat has been through it since under my care and for two years our vet had her on a Rx diet while we figured out what was giving her tummy trouble and frequent UTIs. We figured out it’s not food related so I went on a journey to find Fiona a good limited ingredient food to transition her out of her prescription diet (hydrolyzed protein). After a few trail and errors, we came across this food from our local wholesale pet food shop and then saw this brand is available on Chewy. She’s been healthy and loving this food so yay win in our book!

All the legumes being added to cat food for the manufacturers to save money on protein can be hard for some to digest. I had high hopes for this food, but it did not help either.

I feed him his canned food mixed with water in the morning and evening, and leave this out as his “emergency food”. He’s not a kibble eater by nature, in fact this is the only one he’ll even eat willingly. Highly recommend if you have a picky eater, sensitive kitty, or if you just prefer limited ingredient options (which I definitely do)
