  • Works for my large breed dogs

    By on

I have been using this product for 6 months and haven't noticed any fleas. I originally wanted to start using these pills because I've become weary of the monthly oral flea prevention and all the chemicals that my animals are injesting. I've heard too many horror stories and just don't feel comfortable feeding them poison to prevent fleas anymore! The vet says these pills are pointless, but my dogs are flea free and I don't noticing them scratching frequently like they would do towards the end of each month on monthly prevention.

  • Good so far

I love how easy this stuff is to crush up to mix with my pups’ food or snacks. The pills are a good bit bigger than expected and my little babies can’t/won’t chew them so I mash them into some gravy or treat food for them. I have chihuahuas and a datson so to be able to crush these so easily for them to ingest is great! Not sure if they’re working yet because this is my first bottle and it takes 30 days to start repelling the fleas but I give it 5 stars just because of how easy it is for the babies to take!

  • Unexpected but a-ok

When I ordered these I thought they would be moist and chewy. I couldn't imagine my cat eating anything that wasn't. (Not worried about my dog. She will eat anything except green beans) so I was surprised when I opened these up to find large-ish, hard packed pills. As expected, my dog gobbled it right up. Then it was my cat's turn... I offered it to her and set it down on the floor in front of her and in jaw dropping surprise, I watched her lick it. She seemed to like it! But then she walked away from it. I decided to pick it up and set it in her food bowl. If it was still there the next day, I'd pick it out and feed it to the dog. However, it wasn't there, so she must have eaten it!!! Even though I don't yet know how this product will do with deterring skin pests, since it takes a month to start working (like birth control pills. Lol), I'd still recommend it. Either way, my pets are willing to eat it and are getting some good vitamins, which makes me happy. … more

  • Dogs love them

I have a basenji and a boxer and they both gobble them up. The boxer swallows it whole! I got it as a preventative since I've been seeing more feral cats but my dogs have not had fleas or ticks. I guess it's worth it just to be sure they don't. I gave four stars since I can't tell if it works yet. If they get fleas/ticks I will know it doesn't.

  • Didn't seem to work

    By on

I followed the directions and it did not work for my cat. It says chewable but there is no way. I had to crush the pills, to mix in with canned food. One crushed pill is 1/2 teaspoon. The dog will not eat the chewable either, I had to put peanut butter on the pill for her to eat to fool her into eating it. I would not recommend this item. I also got the spray for animals and spray and power flea stuff also to clean the house, but the cat still has fleas.

  • Flavor is not good, apparently.

    By on

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. Only one of my dogs will eat it. Of course, she will eat anything. My other dog takes it reluctantly. My cats tried it and now refuse it. I even tried to break it up and put it in their wet food. They seems to find it and leave it in the dish.

  • I wanted to try something NATURAL to prevent/repell fleas, ticks & mosquitoes

    By on

We just started it & I mix it in with their food & they enjoy it. I keep my cats inside but those insects can still find their way into buildings so I was looking for a natural safe protection/supplement to try

  • Pills are Too big

    By on

The pills are huge. You can't give a pill this big to a cat. I will have to crush them up and put it in their food. I hope then it will work. I haven't done this yet but I hope it helps with the fleas.
