My newts have a 10 gallon tank but I only fill it to about 3-4 inches with water. How much of this can I use?

Can I use this in my turtle tank with FISH in it?

This is only intended for use with aquatic reptiles and amphibians. It is not formulated for use with fish or cephalopods and would not be safe for snails.
