Fluker's Live Moss is a species of broom moss.

Should you break this moss up for the crabs or just set it in whole? Also can you spritz it with water? I'm trying to keep my humidity stable.

This moss can be set-up either by breaking it up in pieces or as one whole piece. By spraying water on the moss, can help keep the humidity stable.

Crab is obsessed!!!

Our hermit crab LOVES this moss!! We soaked it in water, and he would not leave it alone! He even dragged a piece of it to his little hiding habitat

Perfect for habitat. Just soak in Water for a few minutes, the. Apply to whatever you want it on (as long as it has soil) and mist it ever so often. Beautiful!

Small but Does the job

This is a rather small amount of moss and you're probably better off getting a big block from the reptile section. But it does the job. I added it to a log hide

Not green yet

When the package arrived the moss was very dry, but it had a green color. I soaked it for an hour and planted it in a covered container on moist dirt. The next

When the package arrived the moss was very dry, but it had a green color. I soaked it for an hour and planted it in a covered container on moist dirt. The next day it was turning yellow-brown. I placed it in a bright spot, but no direct sunlight. I keep it moist, but it is not turning green.

Package deceiving

All you receive are two small clumps of dry moss. My hermit crabs have not climbed on or been around it.

Moldy Moss

I was disappointed in the moss. It arrived and part of it was green and part of it was grey. The moss also had mold growing in it. I threw it in the trash.
