I just rescued a baby leopard gecko yesterday from FB marketplace. She is extremely malnourished and has no fat in her tail. I just ordered this. How frequently should I give it to her? And should I still try to feed her mealworms or crickets the days she gets this?
Answer by • Apr 27, 2021
Fluker's recommends mixing this supplement to the consistency of oatmeal. If your reptile is severely dehydrated, make this supplement fresh each feeding and give a syringe full, about 3 times per day. This supplement is like Pedialyte for a child. It will keep your reptile hydrated until they start feeling better. Once they are feeling better, you can start to introduce the crickets and mealworms back into their diet.
