Potassium: 1.09%
Sodium: 0.76%
Taurine: 1032.61 milligrams
Bladder and kidney stones are common in dogs and cats, and urine dilution is a strategy often used to decrease the risk of stone and crystal-formation. Sodium chloride increases drinking with the resultant dilution of urine. DL-methionine is a urinary acidifier that helps to reduce the formation of certain types of urinary stones.
Will this formula help with dissolving struvite crystals and calcium oxalate stones or just help prevent them? Thank you

This formula helps stop idiopathic cystitis, lower urinary tract inflammation, and struvite stones formation.
How long should this food slowly be introduced (or must it) into a cat's diet to replace old brands of food?

The formula can be used without any adjustment period. However, if your pet has sensitive digestion a gradual transition is required. Gradually reducing the amount of the current diet and increasing the amount of Forza10 for 7-10 days until the transition is complete. For sensitive dogs, we recommend a 10-14 day transition.
