Has any laboratory analysis been done of this to determine the amount of mercury or other heavy metals are present? I'm concerned because of the prevalence of mercury in both mackerel and tuna.

There are many species of tuna, some of which have high levels of mercury; Weruva uses skipjack, a smaller and younger species that has lower levels.

Transition Instructions
