I love this brush but it's hard to remove the fur from it.

This brush works very well for both removing fur and for lathering up and rinsing while bathing. Unfortunately, my dog thinks it is a great chew toy. I vaguely remember

This brush works very well for both removing fur and for lathering up and rinsing while bathing. Unfortunately, my dog thinks it is a great chew toy. I vaguely remember seeing something like this that had a plastic sheet at the base of the bristles, so you could pull out that sheet to remove the hair/fur. That would be nice to have! There's something rewarding about seeing the volume of fur that's removed.

This brush is described as being 8.5x5x1.5”. It is not even close to those measurements. I purchased it for my large breed dog and it’s difficult to use because of the actual size. My fingers can barely fit through it so it’s constantly falling off my hand. Will most likely return it. I gave two stars only because the old guy loved the feeling on it on his head.

Really helped lather the soap in the bath and picked up a moderate amount of fur. The bristles are firm enough to get into the denser rump and shoulder hair but soft enough to use on the flank and belly. It's a bit slippery and hard to keep hold of during bath, but manageable.

Our dane doesn't love all brushes, but she doesn't mind this one at all. I work the hair out using circular motions and then slick it off. She seems to like the massage! I can blow the hair out or rinse it out. It is kind of small and doesn't quite fit comfortably around my hand to get a firm grasp on the brush while using it, but I still like it. If you have big hands, it might be weird to hold.
