We had to upgrade our small one because our cats are huge and they were overflowing the old one. This one holds each of the cats in very comfortably. No matter which level they go to, they take long naps because they are that comfortable. I didn't think it would be so solid since the sides are thin, but, because they have a vertical wood piece on the sides, it holds up the entire thing very sturdy. The fabric is soft and easy to vacuum. I do like the sisal sides in case they want to scratch the sides, they can. They haven't realized that yet, but, I'm sure they will soon enough. A great value for the money.

We have two of these. It has a few nice features for a smaller tree. It has areas for multiple cats to sleep. My cats love to sleep in the cubbies and on top. The sides are a nice scratching surface that seems to really hold up well. It also makes a nice safety platform. Our cats were jumping from a tall tree onto some tall storage cabinets and then jumping off the other side all the way to the floor. I didn't want them to get hurt but there wasn't enough room for a big tree. This makes their jumps much safer and helps me to relax. This is really sturdy and has never fallen over.

We have only had it a few weeks and it already has tiny pulls in the material. Otherwise, this was a great purchase!

My cats wasted no time getting into their 2 story duplex. I keep it in the hallway, by my bedroom door, so they can wait for me in comfort when I get up the next morning. They wait for me outside my door each morning and I didn't want them to be on the cold tile in the winter, so I know they are cozy in their condo. Bonus! it has a scratching pad on one side!

The material the structure is made of seems like it's decent quality. It's a compressed particle board type. But the fabric is cheap and not attached well. The box it came in was a huge hit, though!
