Forget Assembly Packed So Tightly Can't Get It Out Of Box

Awful. When searching, I entered, "Assembled Litty Condo." This one came up. IT IS NOT ASSEMBLED. NO INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO GET IT OUT OF THE BOX AND NONE FOR

Awful. When searching, I entered, "Assembled Litty Condo." This one came up. IT IS NOT ASSEMBLED. NO INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO GET IT OUT OF THE BOX AND NONE FOR ASSEMBLY. This is my very first bad experience with a Chewy product. They did give me credit but I already threw away the old Condo. Now I have to buy one at double the price in a store. I will never buy anything from Frisco again.

Nice and Compact, Quality Could Be Improved

It's a good, simple tree and my cat has been enjoying it. Assembly was fairly easy, although the holes on the base were misaligned so I couldn't get the bracket

It's a good, simple tree and my cat has been enjoying it. Assembly was fairly easy, although the holes on the base were misaligned so I couldn't get the bracket connected on one side. It was kind of redundant given everything else that was screwed in successfully, but it still kind of sucks to have that trouble come up. My least favorite part is the sisal columns, because it's so wiry and poky that it hurts to handle. Twisting those in was a bear, and I'd recommend gloves to anyone who has to do it. My cat doesn't seem to mind, though, so I guess his fur protects his paws. I didn't think my cat would care about the dangling bits but those are his favorite. He doesn't use the top much yet.

Wrong instructions in box. Had to look at picture on Chewy and build from sight. Sleep areas are very small. My cat does not care for it. She tried but sleep

Wrong instructions in box. Had to look at picture on Chewy and build from sight. Sleep areas are very small. My cat does not care for it. She tried but sleep areas are too small for her and she is not a big cat. I will be donating it to the shelter since I am unable to ship it back.

It is her favorite spot in the house. Easy assembly and looks really nice. Customer service is always top tier with Chewy as well. I will always recommend Chewy

My cat (~10lbs) loves this tree, especially the nest at the top. I think it's filling his need for vertical space because he hasn't jumped up on my counters since

My cat (~10lbs) loves this tree, especially the nest at the top. I think it's filling his need for vertical space because he hasn't jumped up on my counters since I got it! I do wish it had a bigger horizontal area to jump down on since the platform isn't very big so he tends to just jump down from the top and I worry about him doing that big of a jump all the time.
