It is actually a great enrichment tool and my dog loved it, however, the middle yellow part with those purple discs in is too weak. Once he got his teeth under that bendable plastic, he was able to keep bending and it’s impossible to fix. If that was more of a thicker plastic I’d give it a 5 star. For high drive working dogs it is made too weak. For a level 6 I expected more solid plastic.

Hoping this was more difficult

My girl is REALLY good at puzzles. This is the first level 6 I'd seen so I thought it would take her a while. She did it in 8 minutes on the first try. She's down to about 5 minutes. She still loves it, but I'm still hunting for something that will take her longer.

Too easy to be rated level 6.

This was a fun puzzle for my pup and I love the pull-out tray for filling. However, my pup was able to get all the kibble out in 1-2 minutes the first time I gave

This was a fun puzzle for my pup and I love the pull-out tray for filling. However, my pup was able to get all the kibble out in 1-2 minutes the first time I gave it to her. I don't think it should be rated a level 6. If you have a really intelligent pup who is very good at puzzles and want something challenging I would highly recommend the Tower of Treats by Outward Hound.

Center pieces do not move smoothly and do not go around the corners easily.

It's not very challenging if you take out sliders as they recommend, but if you leave all of them in, the "s" in the middle is almost impossible without my dog getting aggressive and popping the pieces out himself. The center "s" pieces could be a choking hazard if one pops off.

Great puzzle but if wasn’t challenging enough for our Lagotto! It took him 2 sessions to get it. The great thing about this one is the need for pup to slid with paw or nose. The stickier center pegs don’t move easily either, an added challenge!

I love the idea of this puzzle and think that it’s definitely one of the harder and more mentally engaging treat puzzles my dog has had (she has a ton of treat puzzles and enrichment toys). However, as mentioned by many other people, the knobs that make up the ‘S’ shape are very hard to move. Some of them move easily, and others I have to use a lot of force to move. Overall, I hope that this specific puzzle gets redesigned soon, as I would genuinely love to purchase another one if they fix the issue with the knobs.

Our dog is smarter than this human!

For our Portuguese Water Dog, this puzzle was easy, but it kept her busy for a few minutes. The only problem was that she figured out how to pull out the tray for filling. Actually, she figured it out before I did! If this was in the directions, I did not read them. After she pulled out the tray, she began to chew on the corner of it.

Super easy loading!

So easy to load, great durability, but would like to see higher challenge levels. I’ve yet to find one that takes my dog more than a minute or two to clean out,

My shiba enjoys the toy and can easily get the treats in the middle S shaped compartments. But the outer continous set of compartments only has one open space so the only way to work it is to go in order from the one open space. That's tough to do, to push the whole line of doors. I am going to try to pry off one or two of the doors so that there's more than one way to move the doors.
