One of my dogs ended up bleeding

When we first got this, I thought it was hopeless. I could barely move the pieces. Then I reread some of the reviews and learned that I needed to loosen the screws

When we first got this, I thought it was hopeless. I could barely move the pieces. Then I reread some of the reviews and learned that I needed to loosen the screws on the backside. Once I did that, I had hope for this being great. It holds a lot of food and we use feeder toys for all dinners. My boy did great with it. I did not put food in the circles on top. I knew that would be too hard so I was going to build up to that. When my girl tried it, she ended up with streaks of blood all over it. We give them the feeder toys while we eat dinner and we are always watching them. I didn’t see anything happen and I didn’t hear her cry out so I’m not sure what happened to Mae her bleed but it was on the front of her face right below her nose. She seems to be healing but it’s unlikely we will give her this one again. I will try it again with my boy since it was successful with him.

This is good in theory, but in reality is really hard to move the pieces around

Even just loading treats into this, I was barely able to move all the pieces around (I did read the instructions). I don't think this will be a winner if my buddies

Even just loading treats into this, I was barely able to move all the pieces around (I did read the instructions). I don't think this will be a winner if my buddies can't move the yellow wedges around to get to the lower levels (on the other hand, it is keeping them busy trying).

Very hard to move pieces.

It is a level 4 and I understand but the parts do not move smoothly therefore the puppy uses force and broke it in pieces. The problem with these pieces is that

It is a level 4 and I understand but the parts do not move smoothly therefore the puppy uses force and broke it in pieces. The problem with these pieces is that they become sharp pieces of plastic that can send you to the emergency vet and we all know how bad that can end up

Very good treat game!

My dachshunds love treat puzzles. This one can be set to easy or difficult. This puzzle keeps them engaged and their minds have to solve the puzzles to get the treat

Do Not Recommend

This toy is very difficult to maneuver - even if you are just trying to load it with treats. Not sure the levels are aligned properly....hard to imagine a dog being

Not sure the levels are aligned properly....hard to imagine a dog being able to get to everything without the ability to hold it down in different areas while simultaneously lifting in others to try and coordinate the movement.

challenging!

We have 6 puzzles and my dog only has trouble solving this one. He will get one yellow compartment open and get the treat, then find another closed compartment

We have 6 puzzles and my dog only has trouble solving this one. He will get one yellow compartment open and get the treat, then find another closed compartment. He can't figure out that he needs to close the first treat compartment after getting the treat. We're still working on it. The puzzle doesn't move very easily even after loosening all the screws, that's why I gave it three stars. I might try waxing it.
