I opened the box, he got in before the box was open, dug this out still in the package and ran with it. Out of 250$ worth of toys, snacks and cat nip he picked this one out. I can't get a picture of him being still with it so this is the best I could do. I tried to do a video but it wouldn't let me. If you only get one thing I'd recommend this one.
This is my cats absolute favorite toy. I've tried similar ones (the egg by the same brand) and for some reason my cat only wants the avocado one. Like a true cat raised by millennials and their love of avocado toast. I hope this comes back in stock soon. His current toy is on its last legs and he needs another one soon.
We found a new favorite toy. Both of the kitties love it. They bat it around, carry it in their mouths, leave it on my pillow for me etc :-) we ordered 2 more for back up!
This little avocado is sooooo cute, but the problem is, I like it more than my cats do. After the first initial interest, it now sits, untouched and unloved. Cats can be such picky creatures sometimes.
I dont think there is much catnip in this toy. My cat has no interest whatsoever in the body part of this toy. He does like to chew on the strings. Also the avocado part is smaller than i expected.
The Dangly Avocado Buddy Cat Toy is the BEST toy our cat has ever tried! He loves to carry it around by its legs and throw it up in the air! We’re ordering another so he’ll never be without it. Thanks Chewy!
One of my kittens favorite toys. I always worry about safety in pet toys because it is not a priority with manufacturers. I may end up cutting off the strings if they seem to be shredding. It is smaller than I expected but a perfect size for them to pick up and carry.
My kitten (Angel) loves her avocado toy! She'll play with it on the hardwood floors by hitting it back and forth between her paws. Her older brother (Sterling) only likes it when his sister is playing with it-- he likes undoing the little knots on the strings of the toy so as always, supervise if your fur-baby is a chewer because the string limbs do unravel after a few plays.
I was pleasantly surprised with how much both kitties instantly loved this toy. It satisfies the bite-y urge with its plush part and the chase-y urge with its string parts! It's great!
As soon as I put it down both cats ran to it and play with it. The one will carry it around the house and loves playing with it.
