I have always fed my cats from a raised dish, often just using a cardboard box since it offered a more comfortable reach. This is stylish has a good grippy waterproof layer, and the bowls are attractive and deep enough to prevent spillage. Although they don’t come with the option to purchase more bowls, my regular dishes fit just fine. My only suggestion would be to raise it just a little bit higher.

After my cat used this new set up for a few weeks, I noticed her whiskers were bent or broken off. At first we could not figure out why! The bowls are deeper and have high sides that were breaking them off when she ate. Our other cat has fine whiskers close to the face, so she didn't have an issue. We are bummed that we had to find replacement bowls to help her whiskers, but they are slowly coming back in.

It’s a food bowl stand.

The larger bowls seem to be preferred by my cat, I assume it’s less irritating for his whiskers when he eats or drinks. I also like the larger bowls for his water

I also like the larger bowls for his water so he has plenty to drink through the day. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was due to the fact that the stand arrived with a missing foot pad, so it wobbles a bit.
