Love this product

I got this for my cat who regurgitates food if he eats too fast. I have tried lots of different ways to prevent it and this mat fixed my problem. He eats much slower and so long as I do not put too much food on it at once, he has no problems. My cat went from throwing up almost daily to maybe once or twice a week. I love that it is top rack dishwasher safe!

nice and big

With a new rescue pup joining the family, we needed a second lick mat for her. This one works pretty well. Our other one has an area with big openings which I do wish this offered. Overall, works as expected! Can’t complain. It’s plenty big for our 40ish pounds doodle.

Not very durable

I bought this as I was told that the lick mat can be calming for a dog. My dog had it for an hour and chewed it to bits.

Just Okay

These are HUGE mats. I bought one for each of our three cats. The same day I spread the food slop on them, one cat threw up. It does help them to eat slower but they can’t seem to get all the food bits out. It honestly makes more of a mess than it’s worth especially since the rest of the food gets on the floor. This is opposed to their regular bowls which never make a mess and are way easier to clean. Unfortunately the mats are pretty unusable and don’t make practical sense for our family.

It didn't work for my boy's need...

My little guy sometimes has a thing for licking carpet. I was hoping this would help satisfy his need to lick, but it didn't. Also, it's difficult to clean.

Lickmat

These lickmats are the best things ever invented! I had no idea how much my newly adopted Great Dane Pup would take to it. As soon as I clean it once she is done with her snack, I have to hide it on her bc she takes it off the counter tops. I actually bought another one as a back up!

Dog loves

This is more sturdy than a previous lick mat that our dog tore up. So far so good!

LOVED THIS

My shepherd is high anxiety and this is a great distraction for her; while enjoying a treat (typically peanut butter) her mind and body is allowed time to calm. She typically returns to me satisfied and relaxed. Good quality, does not slide across floor, highly recommended.

Our 6 month old puppy was beginning to eat way to fast. First night we fed using mat he laid down and slept hr straight. He seems to love it.

Nice product for spreading peanut butter on keeps the dogs interested
