More or less what I expected
My dog loves to snuffle, so she likes this mat a lot. I like that it has several different types of hiding places for her to figure out. She has learned to find the treats pretty quickly, so it doesn't hold her attention as long as I was hoping it might. The suction cups don't really work, which is too bad. We have laminate flooring and she was able to pull the suction cups up pretty easily. She then chewed a couple of them a little and they no longer stick at all. When not fastened down, the floppy, crinkly fabric is very tempting for her to want to chew, so I have to watch her closely and take it away once she's done finding the treats. It looks just like the photo and I like that the colors are less garish than a lot of snuffle mats. Pretty bulky when folded for storage.
The dog loves it!
My sister’s stays with me often and loves to play. She’s very smart and is good at finding hidden treats. I put treats all over this fun snuffle mat and she went right to work. It kept her occupied for a while and her tail was wagging like crazy. It had a lot of different types of places to hide treats. It was a treat for me to watch her hunt. The only downside is the suction cups at each corner really didn’t hold on either floor type (tile or wood) even when moistened. Overall this will be a fun game for her!
Fur baby LOVES it
I didn't honestly think my 2 year old dog would like it. But he LOVES it. When I fed him from it the first few times, I broke a treat into small pieces and hid them among the food; he's historically not interested in working for his food (he's not a huge fan of using kongs as a way of feeding) So hiding the treat bits I hoped would inspire him. That either did, or he decided he likes nose work to find things. We feed every meal from this and my once picky eater who would frequently skip meals, eats every meal every day. He spends about 15-20 min eating and really works to find all the pieces. I wash it every few days in hot water with super washing soda on its own. It fills with water and will unbalance your machine. So when this happens, I kind of wrap the mat around the agitator and finish the spin cycle and that spins all the water out and then I hang dry it. I am so pleased we got this for him.
Turns mealtime into a game
We LOVE this mat! It has turned mealtime into a fun game for our picky Shih Tzu. He is not a good eater or food motivated and since we started using this mat he actually looks forward to meals and eats everything! We are pleasantly surprised! He can’t figure out the more complicated hiding holes but he does well with the obvious ones. We just sprinkle his food all over the mat and he takes his time finding it all and gobbles every bit up. No more battles at mealtime. If you have a larger or food motivated dog this could be even more fun with all the pockets to hide treats in. Keeps them occupied for a bit and slows down fast eaters. Also trains them to use their senses better. The mat crinkles and sounds like a treat or food bag which gets his attention. I couldn’t recommend this mat enough. It exceeded our expectations and we are grateful for it!
Worth it, better in person
My dogs LOVE this snuffle mat. I was nervous about quality, but it's great! So many different pockets to hide snacks. I put dry food in the pockets and they really love it. My dogs are both around 45 pounds and this size is great. I can imagine this being fun for small dogs and cats too. Be sure to supervise and put it away when they're finished. My dogs are chewyers/destroyers, so im sure they could destroy this thing. There is some kind of loud plastic bag thing inside, so while they're using it, you'll hear the crinkling sound, so you won't forget about it if you step away for a bit. Smart design! If you have more than 1 dog that might have some food aggression, get two. I also ordered the pizza version, just waiting for it, but luckily my dogs are so friendly to eachother, there's no issues sharing! Oh and it's a great toy for winter time! Dogs can get bored indoors and puzzles/activities are essential!
Great mental stimulation
Our 40 lb border collie mix loves this! We break up his favorite treats and he goes nuts. This is great for mental stimulation and keeping him busy. Of course we always watch him to make sure he doesn’t tear up/eat the actual snuffle mat.
My dog loved it
My dog is not big on toys, but has really enjoyed playing with this one. She hasn't tried to destroy it like she usually does with other toys and it's kept her entertained for a while. Hope to see it hold up as well as it has so far.

I got this for my dog a couple weeks back to see what she would think. She absolutely loves it. It keeps her entertained for quite some time. It’s very easy to set up with several options and places to hide treats. The difference options allow you to do different size pieces of treats so you can mix that up also instead of just having to do small treats. It is also durable enough to withstand her nibbling around on it
Great for annoyingly smart dogs
Our GSD needs mental stimulation but she is not food motivated at all. This toy combined her desire and need for a job with her only real joy, which is gettin her sniffs in. Highly recommend.
