Exactly What I Wanted

I originally bought one like 4 years ago. We’ll wear and tear it finally broke. Got two new ones. Everything is good besides it was dented a little. Simple fix, but rather they stayed new looking.

Not what I expected

This product seemed like a good idea but there are two major flaws with it. I cannot get the water jug out when there is water in it. I have a very messy dog and need to clean the tray frequently. However, I cannot unscrew the jug and lift it out. The only way to clean it is to lift the entire system, take it to the sink and dump it. Then I have to turn it upside down to unscrew it and remove the jug. The problem: I end up with drooly water and bits of food all over me and the floor. The other issue is the there is no plug in the lid - just a hole. You have to place the jug on very carefully so you don't spill water everywhere. The problem with this is that a full 4L jug is super heavy! If you are not particularly strong, prepare for a hernia and water all over the place. And that brings me to my final dislike - the weight. It is just too heavy. This last issue is not product's fault but just beware - 4L of water weighs a ton. Just ask my poor shoulder.

I haven't started to use it yet. But I like it. It's bigger than I thought. But I like it. It's perfect so we don't have to fill it often.

One of them sneaks up on it because of the bubbles it makes when refilling the tray. They really like how clean the water stays. The size is perfect.

It works! I’m always worried my dogs will run out of water when I’m not home but this puts that worry to bed! Next chance I get, I will be buying another one.

Just what I wanted

This is exactly what I wanted. I have 5 dogs. Liked it so much I will buy two more just so they aren't crowded when drinking water.

Sturdy water bowl. Highly recommend.

I didn't expect much from this, but it's turned out to be a life-saver. Super easy to refill and keep clean.
