My 4 pups ranging from 115lbs to 10lbs drink a lot of water. Replaced my 2 1/2 gal with another 4gal waterer. These 4 gal auto waterers work very good and with a total of 10 1/2 gallons of water I don’t have to fill them every day. Beware ladies, they are heavy and awkward but your hubby can handle them easily. The wide mouth is easy to clean. I set my bowl section on the counter while I fill the jug. I fill the bowl with water and then place the full jug on the bowl and twist. It’s a little awkward until you get used to it. I put them right at the base of my counter so I can lower the entire thing straight down to the mat. You should get years out of these. Life is better with them.

Broken lid

Large capacity

I bought this for all the animals to share their water. Holds a lot of water and is heavy. Downfall is that it doesn't have a stopper to slowly release the water

I bought this for all the animals to share their water. Holds a lot of water and is heavy. Downfall is that it doesn't have a stopper to slowly release the water as needed. So trying to flip it over into the bowl makes a huge mess because of the hole in the lid. The pictures and description never mentioned or showed the lid so I had to guess. Would be 5 stars if the lid had a stopper.

Like the size but....

Really liked the size but it is leaking from the bottom. At first I thought it was out dogs but I keep cleaning and drying but seems to come right back.

Giant

The tank on this is too big to handle. I get splashed every time i refill it. The cap is too thin. The plastic tank is also too thin for how much water it holds

Bought as a replacement for a medium sized jug/bowl that had started leaking. Will need to go down a size. Idk who would be able to handle refilling this.

Don’t recommend for outdoor use

We had to purchase a new gravity waterer for the porch outside due to our 5 year old one finally cracking and leaking. I guess due to the fact there’s no filtering

We had to purchase a new gravity waterer for the porch outside due to our 5 year old one finally cracking and leaking. I guess due to the fact there’s no filtering system, bugs (including mosquitoes, beetles, and moths) go into the water bowl and up into the jug itself. Then they drown and contaminate the entire water jug so you have to change it out, which can be frustrating considering it’s 4 gallons of water.

Recommend looking for a different bowl

The plastic connection of the bowl looked like it was forced Into place. And doesn’t line up. So water goes behind a pocket in the back And it will just sit
