Great product, but shipping needs work

My cats love this, but I deducted 1 star, because every time I order more than 1 box, the shipping box falls apart. It sat for 2 weeks at FedEx local distribution

It sat for 2 weeks at FedEx local distribution headquarters since it needed to be repackaged and labeled. It really should come in a more heavy duty shipping box or 2 separate shipments.

My cats really enjoy the pate, but don't like the chunky/gravy one as much - the chunky parts when I try to mash them with a fork they 'squeek' -not really a natural

Tried these 2 particular flavors not knowing whether my cats would like them and they do! It's a win win for me because the price is reasonable and they eat all of the food. This is a pate type food which is their favorite and there was no overwhelming smell when first opening the canned food up.

Actually Chewy you messed up

I would love to be able to review this catfood as we have 6 hungry cats awaiting, but it was sent to Goodyear AZ rather than Sudlersville MD. It made it to Hagerstown

I would love to be able to review this catfood as we have 6 hungry cats awaiting, but it was sent to Goodyear AZ rather than Sudlersville MD. It made it to Hagerstown MD then somehow it was determined.to have been sent to the wrong address & sent all the way back to AZ. Let me guess. Chewy has signed up for the newest AI in order to replace humans who know what they're doing but cost so much more. It has to be extra expensive to ship products from AZ to MD WHERE THEY BELONG & ARE NEEDED THEN RETURN THEM TO AZ. CHEWY YOU FAILED ME & MY CATS. I WANT MY PRODUCTS!
