I've fed our cats Friskies wet for years (all varieties) - this is the only one that EVERY cat refuses to eat. Both the outdoor barn cats and the indoor cats....no idea what they put in this but 4 different animals have the instinct to refuse this (and we opened more than one box, just to make sure we didn't have a bad batch). Ended up having to dump out and fed it to the chickens....such a waste!
All ten of my kitties love the farm favorites: chicken and carrots and salmon with spinach. So relieved because I wasn't sure if they would like these new flavors; usually some like a particular dish, others don't so it's a struggle sometimes. But with these two farm favorites flavors, they're all in sync! Which is a big relief for this fur mom.
Sugar eats some of this sometimes. She is finicky and persnickety. This is an old favorite of mine that I use when I go through numerous other types of food. Sometimes I open as many as ten different cans/packages of food trying to get her to eat!
I ended up giving this whole box away minus 3 cans because my cat just would not eat it. That is something unusual because she is very food motivated..especially anything chicken or turkey flavored. She never liked any seafood flavors in any food but I just couldn't get her to eat ANY of the flavors in this box. My co workers are happy because they got some free cat food! lol
my cats dont like the salmon flavor with SPINACH; 3 of 5 won't eat it at all. A waste of my limited means. Salmon by itself is a winner though! The chicken with carrots fares better...about average on their flavor list. Id also add the makers are no longer filling the can; their are noticeable empty spaces around the food, and this s not filled with gravy. typical way to rip off the public.
With the limited supply of canned cat food available lately I was excited to find these flavors not found in local stores. The shipment was prompt and less expensive than the by the can price as well
My cat loves the one with the spinach, he isn't so wild about the one with carrots. The carrot one seems to be very "dense" compared to the Spinach.
These were left at the end of my drive way in the pouring rain and I have no way of moving them. Laze driver coukd not walk them another 10 feet under shelter.
My cats love the Farm Favorites, however the delivery leaves something to be desired! They just throw the boxes over the fence instead bringing them to my door. This is unacceptable!
We have gotten our pets' medications at Chewy for a while but have discovered it is easier and more less costly to order the Friskies Farm Favorites there. The cats (5!) love it and I didn't even know they made salmon with spinach. There is not much variety available in the stores.
