Stopped Eating It

I got a new cat who LOVES wet food, so I bought these since they were larger cans but after eating it a couple of times, he just didn't want it and would start eating

I got a new cat who LOVES wet food, so I bought these since they were larger cans but after eating it a couple of times, he just didn't want it and would start eating dry. My other cats also seemed interested at first but soon walked away. I ended up throwing most of it in the trash and plan to donate the leftover cans to a shelter.

I bought this 12 pack to get to $100 for the coupon. The cans of salmon were bad and I had to throw them out. The sauce was a brown color and smelled horrible. There

I bought this 12 pack to get to $100 for the coupon. The cans of salmon were bad and I had to throw them out. The sauce was a brown color and smelled horrible. There was a milky type thick mucus on top and the color of the food was off as well. This was an anomaly because I buy 2-3 forty can packs per month for the last 8 or so years and have never seen this before. The 3 forty can packs that I ordered with this were just fine.

Good nutrient profile on a budget

My newest adopted cat only likes this loaf brand and fresh meats. I tried others but this is his favorite. He does like Nutro kibble too.

Sometimes my kitties do not want the shreds or chunks of wet food so I get the Friskies pate. I like the variety in this box and it is always a good choice.

Dented Cans

I have bought this product (12 can box) for years from many different places, and it has always been a good experience. I received my order today from chewy, and

I have bought this product (12 can box) for years from many different places, and it has always been a good experience. I received my order today from chewy, and EVERY CAN is dented. Some small, but the large ones are what scare me the most. I wouldn’t eat something with a can that looks like that, so why would I feed my cat that? Botulism is an illness caused by the botulinum toxin that can build up within dented cans (which is fatal if not caught early enough), and it is never easy to detect as it has no smell or taste. I wouldn’t want to kill my kitties with a can of food that retails for 76 cents. Please do better, Chewy, and please help us protect our pets.
