Loves his bed
This bed has been wonderful to my pit. He was hit my vechile and both hips were broke and femur. I was able to have one hip put back in place but the other was not because the bone that holds the sockets was crushed. I had to purchase something that was low to floor and soft and this was it he loves it. Now me and my grandson have to get his other hip fixed with surgery and the vet said that would be about 2000.00 dollars . This dog is very special to my grandson because it is all he has left that was his dad’s. He was killed in automobile accident. Now I need to figure out the funds for the next step. GoKu deserves a good life.
hold your nose
I bought this in jumbo plus for my Great Dane/mastiff. It’s a good one piece foam instead of the foam pieces you get in some. Seems softly supportive. I opened the box and wave of fish smell hit me. I looked at my best friend and asked her if she needed a boric acid suppository. Sadly, I thought it was her because I would croak if it was me. This things smells like BV on steroids. I’ve washed it and IT STILL SMELLS like BV. In the wash for a 2nd time now. Fingers crossed because I like it. Other than that it’s pretty nice. The cover is good and quilted and it’s really big! If it didn’t smell so horribly close to a month old dumpster behind a sushi restaurant I’d have given it 4 stars. Did I mention this thing smells like BV?
Should have believed the reviews!
Great sized bed for my golden - however, the surface covering is SO thin that it ripped within the first hour my dog used it. The bed is great - the cover is horrible. I wish the cover were made out of denim or some other substantial fabric. I think this covering would disintegrate if it were washed.
Won't be buying this one again!
This is my second time buying this bed and I definitely won't be buying it again. The first time around I loved this bed and more importantly so did my dog. I love that it's easy to vacuum hair off and easy to wash. The trouble this time around is both beds have fallen apart! My dogs aren't rough on their beds and very rarely dig at them but the fabric has shredded to almost nothing. It seems the fabric is a lot thinner than it used to be. Side note: I received these beds in December...they started to fall apart in January, typically my pups keep their beds for a good year and a half to two before I replace them.
Won’t buy again
I had three of these beds for my dog but the older versions. He loved them and they were getting quite so I decided to order replacements. Wow have these beds changed! The “Jumbo” size is MUCH smaller than it used to be and also much poorer quality! I’m really not even sure how these can be marketed as orthopedic anymore because there’s almost not support. Disappointed that the quality went so far downhill.

I think the bed is super cute but not sure why my dog doesn't like it. I've tried rewarding her with treats even to go in it. She keeps laying on the ground next to it instead we gave it over a week and she doesn't like it not sure why she isn't a fan. So back to the new bed hunt we go.

However, we received the wrong size so I reached out to Chewy and they responded SO quickly, sending us a free replacement and letting us keep the wrong size in an act to pay it forward and donate it! We will always stick with Chewy for their continued excellent customer service and care!
Just what we needed
Got this to replace 2 individual pet pads that my small dogs were using. They prefer to be together, and we bought a larger size so that their favorite kitty can even join them. They appear to be very comfortable and are napping on it most of the time. Recently we had to stop letting one of the dogs onto our sofa as he has degenerative disc disease in his spine that places him at high risk for injury. He doesn't seem to mind staying on his new "sofa". The quality of this item and its washability make it a wise choice for our space and the dogs' needs.
Thin, Cheap Fabric. Terrible
My husband ordered this bed, we set it up and this thing didn't last past night 2 without a big hole in it. The fabric is thin and easily ripped. My dog isn't usually destructive, so this was a major surpize. Money poured down the drain....a good bit of money.
Not exactly what we wanted
The bed is a nice bed but it wasn't what we thought. Very light weight and not quality. We have a large dog - this bed was a tight fit for him. The edges don't hold his head up - so he just hangs over it. A smaller dog may work well.
