What size is suitable for a larger cat, 15 pounds?

We recommend measuring your pet to find the perfect bed size. Pets who curl up to sleep can fit on a smaller bed, while pets who stretch out need a larger bed. To determine the ideal bed length, measure your pet in his or her normal sleeping position, then add 4-6 inches for cats and small dogs, or 8-12 inches for medium to large dogs. When in doubt, we suggest ordering the bigger size. The Small mat measures 23.5 x 20 inches and the Large measures 35.5 x 30 inches (length x width).

The entire bed is machine washable on delicate cycle; cold. Do not bleach. Hang dry; air fluff.

FurHaven uses US-sourced and manufactured polyurethane foam filling in its products. This low VOC foam has been CertiPUR-US certified and is manufactured without ozone depleters, flame retardants, formaldehyde, regulated phthalates, mercury, lead and other heavy metals. American labor is used to manufacture, cut, shape, and insert the foam filling into the bed covers and also to tag, pack and ship FurHaven beds.The bed covers only have a country-of-origin China designation. Our bed covers have been designed, inspected, and warehoused in the USA by American workers.

Cat loved it!

Once she got in, my cat only left it for food, water and litter box. After her flea treatment, she got that odor rubbed in it, and refused to use it again. Still

Once she got in, my cat only left it for food, water and litter box. After her flea treatment, she got that odor rubbed in it, and refused to use it again. Still working on removing that smell. I don't like the color, but the neutral one was sold out when I bought.

My cats love this. I have a bunch of outside cats and since I've put them in their outside condo, someone is laying on them. I even have heated mats for them and

My cats love this. I have a bunch of outside cats and since I've put them in their outside condo, someone is laying on them. I even have heated mats for them and they always choose these instead. It even got in the twenties the past few days and the heated mats were left lonely and these had cats aplenty. They look nice, are soft and clearly comfortable. A cat favorite.

Disappointed

I bought this especially for my older cat - he gets hot, so he likes to lay half in and half out of his bed. This seemed like it would be great for him folded like

I bought this especially for my older cat - he gets hot, so he likes to lay half in and half out of his bed. This seemed like it would be great for him folded like the dog in the picture. However, the buttons are missing (I don't sew!) and so the bed only lies flat, no way to hold it up as in the picture. He already has two different flat mats for summer and needed a new bed for winter. The mat itself is very nice, just not what I wanted.
