Grandma's Special Tummy Remedy
Simple Remedy is just what the (doggie) doctor ordered for an upset stomach. It's the traditional recipe for nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that's easy to digest and gentle on the stomach. The recipe is simple—just boneless, skinless chicken breast meat and plain white rice. Add some water, and it's ready to serve!

Four Paw Review
By Suzy on Jan 23, 2021
Very good food. Our pooch loves it. Introduced it slowly and no problems. We are mixing it half and half with her quality kibble. It is an extra step in hydrating this food and adding it to her kibble, but well worth the benefits of knowing she is eating quality food. Reading and understanding what is in the food is important for our dogs health.

Price hike of $15!?!
By MNmom on Feb 9, 2021
We love this food however I have it on autoship and just noticed the food price jumped $15 for the $10 bag. No notice or reason was given. Sad we will have to find a new food to switch to because I just can’t afford to feed my dogs this anymore.

I was hopeful by the reviews.
By Kathleen on Jan 16, 2021
My picky dogs ate it for 2 days and then stuck their noses up at it. The texture is more baby food than dog food. I think it needs more chicken pieces and more veggies pieces.

Great temporary substitute for raw
By PineHiker on Nov 3, 2020 Top 100 Contributor
We got this food to use to supplement our dog's raw diet in case of difficulty buying our regular raw food. I'm not a fan of all the vegetables in here but am impressed that you can actually identify the freeze dried meat ! And it smells delicious, so my pups are happy eating this mixed with their raw food. This food is a good enough investment in the short term, and it'll be our go-to if we are unable to obtain raw food for some reason.

Minimal chicken in bags lately
By Rhonda on Oct 18, 2020
Our dog loves this food and we have been feeing it to her for almost 9 years now. Over the past year the bags received have significantly less chicken than in years past. With this being the # 1 advertised ingredient there should be a noticeable amount in each bag. Our last bag had almost no chicken pieces in there.

Finicky eater was impressed!
By Ally on Oct 10, 2020
I use as a topper, not a main diet. I decided to give this brand a try when my previous freeze dried brand did another price jump. One of my boys is very, very picky. He didn't hesitate in the slightest and gobbled this right up! I was pleasantly surprised! Looking forward to trying other flavors.

Picky dog approved
By Dogluv on Sep 16, 2020
We have a 9 year old extremely picky lab.. it’s unheard of!! She has never been excited to eat her dinner but she loves this food!! She begs for dinner and she is so much more energetic now since we started her on this! We had been cooking chicken, steak, pork, and mixing in tuna fish just to get her to eat before this it was such a struggle! I only wish I knew about this product sooner!!

My dog didn't like it.
By TinyTahoe on Sep 19, 2020
Because it's a powder, my dog didn't like it. I then mixed it & made cookies, but he very reluctantly ate a couple. Other dogs, not so fussy, ate them with relish. I won't buy it again, but if your dog will eat most anything, it would be a good choice. The particles of veggies, fruits, and bits of chicken are nice. It seems to be a worthy food.
