How many cups are in a bag?

There's approximately 4 cups of food in the 1 pound bag, 12 cups of food in the 3 pound bag, and 40 cups of food in the 10 pound bag.
I have found this product helpful for my Dogs Sensitive Stomach. My question is: am I understanding that 1 cup is 438 calories? That is mixed with the water portion of 2 cups? Thank you

438 kcal equals only one cup of food mixed with water.
I have a 10 lb Shih Tzu that eats 3/4 of dry kibble a day, how many meals will I be able to get out of a 3 lb bag?
